+ -1 moreI purchased a love seat from Macy's South, the Dayton Mall location. Paula Ward, the furniture sales associate, was outstanding to say the least. She was quite knowledgable, and answered all of my questions in a timely, thorough manner. Delivery personnel were well groomed, courteous, and professional. Not only were they on time, they were more than two hours early, which was of benefit to me. It was raining outdoors and the delivery personnel took every measure possible to make sure my furniture was kept out of the elements. I am most grateful for the outstanding service I received from beginning to end.
