Description of Work: Mr. Lower came out to the address at exactly the date and time set(set on 4/9/09) Was there in excess of 4.5 hrs. Performed an excellent inspection ,picking up on numerous things that I, as an experienced home owner/buyer missed. Clearly communcated in normal words the problems of the house. He had a 33 page report ready on 4/13/09 A.M. He sent it to my email, i printed and studied it with no problem. This price included the termite inspection($50.00) but not mold or radon.
