Way too over priced for the product, but everything else was great

They were very professional, dilligent workers. Install went well, cleanup was done to my satisfaction. Would hire again in the future if needed. Product is working well, easy to maintain.

I was very impressed by Solomon for a service call, and trying to work with me as a on call service man. I was very impressed by the installation quality that both Clay Nippert and Eli Archer did. I did not want a new system. Even though I needed it, it is like buying a roof. Who really WANTS to buy that? I sure do not and affordability is a huge issue for a single person. After all 3 of these men guided me, I am very happy with the Trane installation they pulled off. Thank all 3 of them and give them all something special because it took 3 men to convince me on this but I am happy. Happy with their work, punctuality, communication and all! Thanks guys, you all 3 rock!

Duct cleaning was superb too

I rely on Logan Services since highly recommended by an acquaintance who is a commercial HVAC technician. In this case, the 3-1/2-year old AC lost its Freon, and JC worked like crazy to troubleshoot and find the leak that ended up deeply buried inside the AC unit, a Trane factory defect, IMHO. JC had to literally climb inside the unit to fix the leak, he charged the system, and now my daughter will have AC ready for the summer. Thanks!

This is a professional company in every way. Working with Allen to decide which system was best for us was very enlightening. He did an excellent job explaining everything. Our installers, Shane and Mike were top notch. From start to finish, everything went very smoothly. The emails and text messages along the way were very helpful in making sure that things were communicated in a very timely manner. I would recommend Logan.

Install was good but later the unit broke. They came out and fixed it for free, faulty coil from MFG.

Matt and his helpers worked like a watch, really worked together well. Did their jobs, cleaned up and left. I'm very satisfied so far and feel if there is a problem they will be there to take care of it.
