Logan Heating & A/C beat my first estimate with another company by about $2,000.00. Plus I got a more efficient, (97%) furnace. Also got a humidifier and a Wi Fi high tech thermostat that was not part of the first estimate from another company.

INSTALLATION WORKERS KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.

Logan's follow-up contact and service were excellent. It provided for the necessary inspections on the part of county for quality confirmation and the utility company to ensure my receipt of the energy conservation credit.

Very professional. Even moved a plant and re-planted it where my wife asked them to. The installers went over everything they were doing and made sure it was to our liking. This was the only company we looked at because we really liked the person who came out and gave us information on the heating and air conditioning. Again................very professional!

The installation was outstanding and the installer made sure everything was at code standards and done perfect. Would recommend them to anyone needing a heater replacement.

The only bad thing I can say about this company is that a few of my supply registers aren't square to the walls. Everything else has been amazing and competent. Their prices for Trane beat out competitors with their wonderful financing options that were leaps and bounds better of other companies.

Shane and Zach were great, they worked in a neat and timely fashion. Joe was great to work with and found us an entire system ( furnace and air) to meet our budget

Once I made my decision they were there within 48 hours. Could have been out the next day but I was not available. Beat their competitor by 1100 dollars.(the same exact unit). The install team was awesome and very informative.

Very nice, the vice president of the company came to our house first and accessed the situation and did our deal for the efficency furnace system. The two techs that installed the system were very good and professional as well. The next week my daughter needed her furnace serviced and used them as well. She ended up getting a new furnace installed and worked with different people but was very pleased with them. They do follow up through the mail and if you have any questions or problems you can call any time. Very helpful.

I was very happy with their work. They gave me a good quote for the work, were there the next day. They were the only one that came the next day. Their bid was good, did what they said they would do. Also made a follow up call, several weeks later, wanted to make sure I was pleased with the work.
