Description of Work: They provided lawn fertilization. That service was as expected. We had issues with the following: | |Technician turnover - It seemed like every time we got to know the guy treating our lawn, someone new would show up. And we would have to reestablish communication. | |Lack of notification - We asked to be called before each lawn treatment. Sometimes they would, sometimes they wouldn't. Part of this is due to the changing technicians. Not a major problem, just frustrating. | |High pressure sales force - This is what really turned us off. They always wanted to sell you some other service. They would come to the door and warn of us all the problems with our trees and shrubs and want us to sign up for their treatment plan. In some cases we knew that they were completely wrong in their assessment. When we discontinued using them for lawn service they called repeatedly, wanting us to resume service with them. They are still calling and mailing us two years after we stopped using them, even though we've told them there was no way we would use them again.

Description of Work: Lawn care was good. When I complained of some weeds in the grass they came out and re-sprayed at no charge. Their shrub and tree service was not effective so cancelled that service.
