LEISURE LAWN

It was a decent service. I give them Bs across the board and will use them again in the future.

I have been pleased so far. We had a couple of things and I called them and they immediately took care of them. I usually don't do anything on yards because it depends who comes out and does them. I made it very clear with Leisure Lawn what my expectation was and they have done a good job following that.

They did fine. The insect control wasn't part of the normal treatments, but they agreed to do it throughout the summer. I could've refused it. It just seems kind of strange that they don't work that in with the regular treatment. Other than that, I don't have a problem with them. They seem to do pretty good.

We have used them for many years. We pay for the year ahead of time and get a discount. They do a good job.

I like them. They let me know ahead when they are going to come. They leave a note about what they have done. They leave recommendations abut they don't pressure you to do them. I would use them in the future.

They don't do the mowing for me, I do that for myself. I will continue to use their services in the future because I have been using them for years.

I originally hired Leisure Lawn to treat and fertilize my lawn because it had some bald spots in it. When I spoke with them over the phone they informed me that they would by able to fix my problem. When they came to treat the yard, on what seemed like a monthly basis, they would either use a granular or a liquid treatment. They also recommended that I have my yard aerated, which I did, but I don't believe that it helped much. Also, it seemed like they were calling way too often trying to convince me to buy grub treatments, additional aeration treatments, etc., etc. I eventually cancelled the service because they treated my yard the entire summer and I didn't see any improvements.

I have an on-going contract with them. They come out depending on the season. They come out every month for each job. They start in late April and end in November with the lawn spraying. I would continue to use them in the future.

I used them for 11 years and stopped because of poor service and poor follow up. I wouldn't use them again.

They seem to do a good job and I will use them again in the future. The only problem I have with them is that they keep calling trying to sell additional treatments.

We've got a summer contract with them and my wife has been taken care of all that. They have been great as far as responding to any service calls that we've needed. They've replanted and reseeded our yard. They were some spots that were dead and they've been maintaining the weeds for us. They've done a good job. Now, with the weather, we've got some more spots on our lawn that are starting to look dead, but I have not called them back yet to let them know. They have been prompt in maintaining what I have asked them to do. They are friendly as well.

They are putting insecticide in the lawn and did a good job. They are pretty good and responsive. When they first came out, they forgot to put the insecticide. They did the job quickly and took good care of things. We are pretty happy with them.

Overall, their work on our front and back yards was great and I would hire them again if the company I now have folded. The only drawback, and I have discussed this w/them several times, was that they kept putting products on our lawn without our permission such that the amount of service costs always exceeded our plan. Specifically, each spring-summer (sometime fall) month we accumulated more and more fees without our authorization. After a few years of this I calculated the costs and they were steep. Thus at those prices, my lawn better look great. After coming to terms w/their practices, I hired a local company and am satisfied w/their work. Another drawback is that after we d/c our plan, representatives from their company kept calling and personally visiting us re: starting back up w/them. This placed me in the position of continuously having to explain their less than forthright policy of adding new services without prior consent. After about 2yrs. they finally stopped pestering us. P.S. Please note that their work was from the 2005-2009 timeframe as the above format asks for a given date whereas our experience w/them covered years of services.

They are very good. They come out when we schedule with them. They leave the lawn looking great and they leave a receipt describing the work done and let you know if there are any problems.

We had service with another lawn company. Leisure Lawn purchased that company and we had our service rolled over. Leisure Lawn does not measure up to the service of the previous company. The lawn has not been as healthy. We have a continuous weed problem that the other company did not leave us with. Leisure Lawn does not communicate with us as well. There is very little personal service. We had requested aeration early in the fall so that we could seed. They did not get to us. When I called they told me a definite date they were coming. Two weeks later, they had not appeared at all. I called and they were very unapologetic. I will try a new service next year.

THEIR PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH BUT I DIDN'T COMPLAIN. THEY WERE KIND OF RESPONSIVE. THERE WERE TIMES WERE THEY DIDN'T COME ON TIME. THEY TAKE GOOD CARE OF MY GARDEN AND MY LAWN.

LEISURE LAWN IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY TO HIRE FOR LAWN AND YARD WORK. THEY ARE ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF AND THE AREN'T EVER ON TIME AND I HAD A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH THE FOLLOW UP WITH THE COMPANY.

THEIR WORK IS ABOUT AVERAGE. WE STILL HAVE SOME WEEDS IN OUR YARD, EVEN THOUGH THEY SPRAY EVERY MONTH. I GUESS WE SHOULD SAY SOMETHING, BUT WE NEVER HAVE. ACTUALLY, OUR LAWN IS PROBABLY STILL THE BEST LAWN ON THE BLOCK.

LEISURE LAWN ALWAYS DOES A GOOD JOB, BUT SOMETIMES YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE COVERING THE WHOLE LAWN. ONE TIME THEY JUST SPOT-SPRAYED, AND YOU COULD TELL BY THE WAY THE GRASS GREW.

WE HAD TO STOP USING THEM BECAUSE THE PRICE JUST GOT TO BE TOO MUCH. I WISH THAT THEY WOULD CALL US BACK NEXT YEAR AND OFFER US A DISCOUNT AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY CHARGE US A REASONABLE PRICE. THEY MAKE SURE TO KEEP THE LAWN LOOKING GOOD, AND TALK TO US ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEIR WORKERS ARE PROFESSIONALS AT ALL TIMES.

ANY PROBLEM OR COMPLAINT I HAVE EVER HAD WITH THEM THEY HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT RIGHT AWAY. THEY DID A PRETTY DECENT JOB. MY LAWN DIDN'T LOOK TOO BAD. WE LIKE TO DO THINGS OURSELVES SO I PROBABLY WOULDN'T HIRE THEM AGAIN.

TRU GREEN-CHEMLAWN DID A BAD JOB ON MY LAWN. WHEN THEY CAME THE FIRST TIME, IT TURNED THE GRASS BROWN AND THE SECOND TIME THEY CAME, THEY ENDED UP PUTTING TWO BURN PATCHES IN MY YARD, TRYING TO REPAIR THE PREVIOUS DAMAGE THAT WAS DONE.
