KT's Heating & Cooling

Kieffer, the owner of KT's Heating and Cooling is the only person I trust with my HVAC, which is unfortunate since I moved out of state. I didn't know it was possible to be passionate about heating and cooling until I met Kieffer. He truly loves his trade and it's reflected in his work. He's also a perfectionist and treats every HVAC as if it's his own. The other thing that he will never try to sell you more than you need. My 15 year old heater was making a loud, squealing sound and another company was trying to convince me that it's time to replace the AC. Kieffer explained what the actual issue was, a bad combustion fan motor, and said If it was him he'd just replace it and try to get another 5 years out of my system. He always tries to save me money. Now that I've moved to Virginia, I still consult him before I call other companies. He'll tell me what the problem most likely is and how it should be corrected, and what a fair price will be. He also warns me on how they might try to up sell me. He doesn't have to do this as he has no financial gain, but he loves to talk HVAC and educate people so much that is happy to help.

Kieffer is friendly, courteous, punctual, professional and perhaps most importantly, honest. The quality of his work is far and away the best I've ever encountered. He works as quickly as possible, and does not stop until the job is done. He always explains any problems in detail, and suggests multiple solutions.
In the years I've been employing Kieffer, he has always gone well above and beyond expectations, especially in an industry that's not exactly known for it's customer service, often going out of his way to address problems much more quickly than expected. In instances where my AC or Heating has been down, he'll ofter to come out same-day, if at all possible, even during the evening. In cases where a repair needs a specific part that he doesn't have, he can usually get the system running temporarily and will return the next day with the needed part and perform the proper repair.
In my experience, many subcontractors will often suggest unneeded repairs and charge extra fees, but Kieffer has never done so. Additionally, Kieffer is obsessive about the quality of his workmanship. I'm quite certain he considers his work to be art, and he clearly works with this in mind. He always make sure that his installations and repairs look nice, even if it's in an area rarely seen by anyone, but at the same time, he is very competitive on price.
Kieffer provides the best HVAC service you're going to find, period.
