Scheduled an appointment to get an estimate. Keith arrived promptly for the appointment and provided a verbal estimate followed by a written emailed estimate. The work was schedule for ten days later and Keith and his crew arrived at the scheduled time and completed the work. I was very happy with the quality of their painting. They were careful not to get paint in areas where it wasn't supposed to be. I will definitely call them for future jobs.

Everyone at KS Painting, from the owners to the crew, were extremely professional. They did quality work for an extremely reasonable price. We had a lot of painting to get done prior to moving into our new home. The owner worked to schedule the crew so that everything we asked was completed by moving day. When problem areas were found, minor imperfections in the paint for example, they didnt compain, just fixed the problem. I was impressed.

Bedroom ceiling, walls (primer and paint) and trim were done in s very professional manner. Workers were clean and friendly and when finished, everything was picked up and put back. Very Professional!!! Love my new paint!!!!!

They have missed 3 Appointments a with me and the last one they wrerw a no call no show.

It initially took a long while to get the service scheduled. We were having miscommunication problems. I kept receiving your request for how well the provider did, they hadn't done anything yet.....I finally got my room painted and the gentleman was prompt, personable,friendly. He completed the job quickly BUT the job was done expertly. I was truly impressed and he didn't use painters tape!!!!!!!!! His lines were awesome....I can't thank him enough( and I forgot his name) sorry.

The owner stopped to review the job. Then the owner showed up on the appointed day (a Saturday, wow!) with 2 helpers! They all jumped right into the work and did far more than I thought possible. They took care of details like removing all the switch plates and even filling in holes and touching up doors and all the trim. A couple of areas needed a couple coats of paint and they managed to return to those areas before they left and gave them another coat. The place looks fantastic and I would have them do work for us in a heart beat. As a matter of fact, I asked for a quote on another job.

This is the second time I have used KS Painting, and they continue to do great work. Keith has a great team and he and his crew were very professional and courteous at all times. Keith went out of his way to make sure we were happy and even replaced a 2nd story exterior light for us while he was here. They were very prompt in responding to any questions. When they came out they were very courteous and did a great job! They cleaned up the area very well before they left. I would definitely use them again!

We had a coupon. We paid $150 for both rooms. Overall it was good. It was better than doing it ourselves. We had done other rooms in our house ourselves. The owner did one of our rooms and his workman did the other room. The room the owner did looks phenomenal and the room the other guy did, he left a mess. If it was just the downstairs room by the owner, I would have been glowing about them. I went upstairs armed with the vacuum cleaner and scraper tool. I had to take paint off the mirror, off the commode and the tub. I had to take the paint off the floor and the countertop. The other room was flawless. The hardwood floors were untouched and there wasn’t any paint where it wasn’t supposed to be. It was a split experience. The owner was super professional. I would use them again with conditions. I wouldn’t let them out of my house until I made sure it was clean.

The initial contract was to paint 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 10 interior doors. Once they got started I received a call that they needed one more gallon of paint. Keith ran to the store and picked up one more gallon. After thinking about it for a while I called him back and ask if he could possibly paint another 5 interior doors. No problem. Keith later called me and asked if I had paint left over from a project another painter had done. He wanted to touch up their mistakes. Once I got there to look at the finished product only one door was not painted and that was due to the temperature (it was the door leading into the garage and on the side facing the garage). The extra paint cost and labor was not much at all. Keith and his guys cleaned up things when they left. Communication from initial contact to payment went great.

From scheduling the quote appointment to getting the job completed, this company was fantastic to work with! They did everything via email, which was perfect for me since I was scheduling work at a relative's house and I live out of state. The owner showed up for the quote and the price was reasonable. We got an Angie's List discount, too. And when they did the work - they were punctual, and did a quick and great job. Very nice workers as well. I would use them again with no hesitation.

Keith Shackleford is the owner. I definitely got them through Angie’s List. The first time I used them in May and the cost was $1800 and the second time I used them in November and the cost was $250. They cleaned up great. They were very professional. They actually ended up bringing in an entire team and were able to do the entire job in one day. It was incredible for us. The owner was there first thing in the morning to walk-though one more time with us to make sure we were on the same page. They were cleaned up and done by 5 o’clock that evening.

Excellent job, finished in one day, painters returned to finish up and complete punch list first thing the next morning. Very responsive to email and phone communication. Planning to have them do more work in 2015.

Came prepared to work, answered all questions, completed work in timely fashion, did a good job and cleaned up at the end of every work day. Put up with my 5 dogs socializing with them as they worked. Good crew of painters.

Ken and his team did a great job. The were fast, did quality work and were very nice to deal with. He came to do the quote on Monday evening and by Thursday, the job was done. It looks great.

The interior paint and wall paper removal was fine. Some paint got on our furniture, and there are some spots that did not completely get covered. Our major problem was with the exterior paint job completion. My husband requested specific services to the exterior of the home, and had to contact the company multiple times (after paying them) to complete the job. He was told they would be here at a specific date/time, but they would not show up. When they finally showed to complete the job, they left a large portion of the siding unpainted.

They were punctual, affordable and made sure to do the job to acceptable code. They got rained out and were punctual in coming back and completing the task with extra help. Was very happy with the overall experience.

KS Painting began painting our house on Oct 22, 2014. The owner of the company was prompt, courteous and professional. It took longer than expected to complete the job, however this was mainly due to rain or cold weather. I was indecisive about several paint colors, and the owner as well as the staff were very patient in trying several colors on the columns, the porch and eaves to see what I thought looked best. They did not complain, but did as I requested and at times asked if I needed to see both choices. I believe this is exceptional service as I felt they truly were aiming to please me, their client. I would recommend KS Painting to others in need of painting services.

We also had to provide the primer and paint and some spackling mud for wall paper removal marks and crack in ceiling. Approx 4 gals of each paint. Spackling mud was about a Quart. It took them 3 1/2 days to complete. The room looks fantastic. We are extremely pleased. 1st day removing wallpaper, repairing wallpaper removal marks covering floors and furniture, repaired crack around chimney and, skylight. 4 men ewere needed. This was a huge bedroom. 2nd day applying primer. 3rd day and 1/2 painting the walls and ceiling. Ceiling was white. walls were a light blue. g

Both Keith and Sharon (owners) were helpful, professional and friendly. His painting crew were as well. Everyone was punctual, cleaned up beautifully and the room looks outstanding. We have quite a few more painting projects and were so impressed with KS Painting that we plan to use them again.

The job was originally quoted as one day with three people. It was stretched out into two or three days over two weeks with one person.
