Description of Work: The service is still not completed. After a couple of missteps setting up the original appointment, KS painting was very punctual the day of the service. Drywall was repaired but they were supposed to come back when the drywall was dried and finish the job. I was sent an email about the job and i called KS painting to let them know the job was not completed yet. I was told that someone would contact me. I waited two weeks and called again, was told again that I would be contacted- I am still waiting. I do not think I should be paying for a job that has not been completed!

Description of Work: I had a 2 foot by 3 foot piece of plasterboard put in to replace a cut out section. I hired KS Painting Services to come make it seamless.

Description of Work: Originally hired to repair plaster, I requested an estimate on painting the room as well. Keith gave me a fair price and was able to get most of the painting done the same day. Wanting the plaster to dry overnight, the rest of the room was painted the next morning. Overall, a very professional company to do business with.

Description of Work: He came to the house to talk with me about the painting job. But other things have come up, so we cannot have the work done at this time, maybe next year we will try again. We truly enjoyed discount that we had with Angie list. But we have to put everything on hold at this time......

Description of Work: Bought this in late August as an Angie's special. Took until late Sept to get them out for an estimate and until late October to come out. When they did come the power washed the deck, said they didn't see the stain (I was at work, and the stain was sitting out) and left. Deck was never stained and I have received no refund. I hope they are going to try again in the spring but at this point I really don't care. Second bad Angie's recommendation, I am done.

Description of Work: We had a 20x20 workshop built over the summer and had purchased the "Angie's Big Deal" to have KS Painting paint the exterior siding/trim. We initially asked for them to paint in July, but unfortunately ran into delay after delay in getting our workshop built. They rescheduled 4 times before we finally had a finished product for them to paint. Sharon was so flexible, never once complained and always was incredibly professional and friendly. We had Keith (owner) go ahead and purchase the paint for us and we reimbursed him once the project was completed. Keith and Chris knocked out the painting in a day and a half, which was great considering the siding and trim had to be prepped/holes filled. They were very professional, cleaned up after themselves and really did a great job. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone who needs painting services.

Description of Work: Workers did not clean up paint scraps on ground, left cable wires dangling from the roof, and they were late in getting started. I can say that they only charged $100 instead of $195.00.

Description of Work: We called to get a quote from KS painting including the $399 Angie's list special. We were sent an email confirming the date and time of our estimate. Keith came an hour earlier than the confirmed time and left a note on the door that he would email us the estimate because we were not home for our appointment. When we got home prior to our confirmed time on the email and called Keith he was rude on the phone and acted inconvenienced because we asked him to come back to walk around the house and address our questions. When he arrived at our house he had several excuses for the time mix up, eventually letting it slip that it was more conveinent to quote a different job closer to him at our scheduled time. To paint only the siding of our bi-level without any prep work he quoted the job at $900 requiring at least 3 painters and several days. We were turned off by Keith's lack of professionalism. We felt like he did not take is seriously because we were a younger couple. We decided to paint the house on our own. It took us a weekend (8 hours per day) and $20 in ladder rental fees. We are so glad we did not pay KS Painting for the job.

Description of Work: KS Painting refinished my deck. Sharon was very professional and pleasant to deal with. I agreed to reschedule once to accommodate the company's workload. The day I was scheduled, one of their employees was injured on another job so they were unable to complete the work as scheduled. The deck was refinished the next day. I am pleased with the results of the work.

Description of Work: I wanted the service performed by July 4th weekend. I was told that the owner had to do an inspection of the deck, and that could not be done until July 7th at 7pm. No one showed up. No one called. When I sent an email via Angie's list after waiting an hour, I did receive a phone call saying that he was in the ER, having injured his eye. It was extremely unprofessional, in my opinion, no to call. I was then told that they would schedule the job on 8/29/14. I received no email in advance of that appointment. When I emailed the business, I was told that rain was expected on the 29th, and that if my deck could not be done on the 29th, it would be done on the 5th of September. I did need to cancel on the 29th because I discovered the faucet they would need to use was leaking. I was told to let them know when it was fixed. I emailed on the 29th, and said the guy was there fixing the faucet. I received a response saying to let them know when it was done. I emailed again on the 29th of August and said the faucet was repaired. I received no response. I emailed on either Monday or Tuesday of the following week, and asked if they would be coming on 9/5. I was told that since it had rained one day that week, they were a day behind, and would be coming on 9/6. No one showed up on the sixth. I have not heard from them since. I am extremely disappointed that Angie's list would offer a special with a company that is unreliable and unprofessional as this. Spent $200 and have never received service of any kind.

Description of Work: They painted the master bedroom suite. They were doing everything I asked, promptly and professionally. I have used this group before and will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: KS Painting came to our house, and after looking over the small portion of our small house that we wanted painted, sent us an estimate for another $500 on top of the coupon that we already purchased. After expressing my concern over the additional cost, KS Painting said they would send a new estimate, but they never did. After I sent another message regarding the estimate, they stated that they did not know that I wanted a new estimate. I finally gave up and would like a refund for the coupon. Thanks.

Description of Work: Painted two interior rooms. They were quick to the job, and the quality and price were very good. They made two small paint stains on the carpet in one of the rooms, and we contacted them twice to come back and treat those two areas. They said they would come out and take care of it, but they did not return. Ultimately we hired someone else to clean the two small areas. Unfortunately, as a result that we decided to not use them again. Very nice people though.
