Description of Work: We had a large kitchen & living room area painted using an Angie's list deal for 16 labor hours. Keith called to let us know they were running 10 minutes late because of traffic, which was great to know! They showed up with 3 painters dedicated to our job and then a another to help with setup and clean up. All were very helpful in removing the outlet covers and curtain rods. They also patched up any random nail holes before starting to paint. I am still not sure how they did it, but they had the whole area painted (including a small amount of woodwork behind he fridge that we asked day of if they could repaint to avoid moving the fridge again) in ~5 hours! It looked great! We were very happy and will definitely look for KS Painting for future projects!! :)

Description of Work: Very good job, however started job and left in the middle without finishing and without notifying they were leaving. Gave several other times when they said they would be here but failed to show. Finally after many phone calls showed up and finished the job.

Description of Work: They rescheduled my appointment three times. He came out to give me an estimate initially, then each time we had an appointment scheduled they called to reschedule. This last time they rescheduled because of weather, and were supposed to come out today, but they have not shown up and have not called. The person who does the telephoning is Sharon Shackleford.

Description of Work: They called me that Monday morning setting up a time to do estimate. They couldn't find the property. Then set up another time and still didn't go out. Friday came and still no word. The following Monday I went to another Angie's list painter.

All issues and concerns were addressed almost immediately when brought the their attention. Sharon was amazing. She kept me on point and informed about everything that was going on. Keith was available and addressed any concerns that I had. The KS team was great! I have additional projects coming up that I wouldn't hesitate to have them back to take on. |

Description of Work: Stripped wallpaper in master bedroom and painted room plus trim. |Stripped wallpaper down staircase - next to impossible to remove. Worked very hard to repair the walls - they look perfect and that was no small feat! Painted stairway and halls. They also painted my entire exterior last year - so we're a repeat customer!

Description of Work: Painted entry, 2 hallways and bedroom. The painter did a very professional job. I would use this company again if I should need any painting done in the future.
