Keith and his crew did a fabulous job painting our front porch and window trim on the attic. Their service was prompt, professional and friendly. They arrived on time on the date of service. They did a great job!

Absolutely amazing. I won't ever paint myself again, KS will do it for me. All I had to do was pick out the paint colors, remove pictures from the walls and they did the rest. Very professional, friendly and accommodating. This was all done in 2 1/2 days. They even took off and put back on faceplates, etc. I definitely recommend them them to anyone who needs painting done. Excellent, 5 star all the way ??????

Our first contact with KS Painting Services was for an estimate. Keith, the owner, was on time, professional and friendly. In approximately 3 days, as promised, we received an on-line estimate from Sharon for services discussed. The estimate was about what we expected and we decided to go with KS Services because Keith identified up front the amount of prep work that would be needed to get a good finish on our 25 yr old house. At the time we got the estimate, the company was about 4-5 weeks out to begin the work. Unfortunately, Mother Nature gave us about a month of rain everyday, so the job had to be postponed. Approximately one week before the crew was available, we were given a new start date. The day arrived, the weather was clear and Keith & crew showed up on time and ready to work. The first day there was a large crew who did an entire day of prepping the weathered wood. The guys were friendly, very careful in/around the landscaping and took care to clean up the old paint/wood shavings. Day two, the painting began. Again, neat and careful and took time to bring any concerns to my attention. There was extra care spent on areas that are heavily exposed to sun. Before the deck sealant was applied, Kelly & Dave brought to our attention that the product my husband and I originally chose, might not give us the finished look we were expecting. They were right on target...we would have been disappointed. Their suggestion steered us in the direction we were hoping for and we are very happy with the results. When all the work was completed, we paid the balance due, with no unexpected costs added. We received an on-line receipt with a kind note from the owners. Our house and deck look great now and we are very happy with the professionalism and expertise of KS Painting Services.

Things went extremely well. The workers were on time. They were professional. They prepped the deck extremely well - it was a 20 year old two level wooden deck with flaking paint and some rotten boards. They used top quality paint and made sure it was well coated. They repaired all damaged wood. They power washed the deck prior to painting. Their detail in trimming wad excellent. Their consistent focus was quality work

The painter was professional and hard working. This was an angie's list deal for about $200 for 6 hours of work. I ended up paying an extra $100 for two additional hours. The painter was professional and the work is well done and clean looking. The painter worked for a full 8 hours and did a good job.

The workers showed up on time every day and were very professional. We added 2 rooms to the job because the work provided was done so well. We had some patches in our ceilings that looked bad until they came in and fixed several bad spots to make it match the rest of the ceiling. The patch work was so good and was much more than we expected to be completed with the job bid. Part of the ceiling repair was expected but they found patches that looked bad and fixed them to make the ceiling look much better than it has since we have lived here. The cleaned up daily to make sure it was safe for us to move around our house at night. The job took 4 days to complete when it was to be a 3 day job, but the work on the ceilings slowed the work and it was worth the extra day. Also with the 2 rooms we added the extra day was to be expected as well. I am extremely pleased with the work performed and we are planning to book some additional work to paint our iron hand rails. I would highly recommend these painters to others to use in the future.

All went well and went as planned. They arrived as scheduled, and quickly covered the furniture and put down drop clothes. While one man began painting the ceilings in both rooms, the other one sanded and did any patching on the walls. Then they began trimming and rolling the walls. As Keith thought, the family room did actually take three coats to cover the "green" paint discovered under the wall paper, so they did have to come back the next day just to finish the walls in the living room. Bill and the guys were really good; we were impressed not only with their work, but with them and their knowledge as well - especially Bill. No question, we will be using KS Paintings and their folks again some day!

The painter was professional and he even gave me multiple tips regarding other painting projects I plan to tackle myself in the home. The only downside was the realization painting trim requires a lot of time/labor. In six hours our painter was able to almost finish two bedrooms, but they both had crown molding -- I think that added a lot of time to the project.

KS did a wonderful job. They really went the extra mile on the job. They were professional and attentive to details. I would use them again.

Very easy to deal with but did not end of using contractor. We decided to hold off on work until later in the year to concentrate on other areas of the house.

We did not use KS Painting but would have if we did not have other priorities to do to sell our house. Will consider in the future. Very responsive and easy to deal with.

Mike did an exceptional job not only power washing the house prior to painting, but also while painting he went above and beyond to make sure it was done above my expectations. Mike made sure everyone on the crew was paying attention to the details that made it such a good job. Keith is lucky to have someone like Mike on his team.

Overall, the contractor was excellent with their customer service (amid the snowy weather conditions that delayed the start of this job) and their painters attentiveness to what us, the customer wanted with our painting projects. The painters were great with their cleanliness of the work areas and with their ability in painting our two areas, including the removal of the dreaded wallpaper borders. We would certainly use this painting contractor again for any of our other painting projects.

K.S. Painting Services did an excellent job. Mike was prompt, friendly and professional. The area was completely cleaned up when he left. He walked us through the job before he started and clarified any questions he had during the job. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy. We plan to use their services again.

They did exactly what I expected them to do.

The total price ended up being more then what they quoted and they showed up late. The owner and one other guy showed up and the owner only stayed for 30 minutes and the owner came back later for another 30 minutes and they wanted to charge us extra for having two people there for 8 hours. I also had to go back and inspect the quality of their work and to make sure everything was covered. Needless to say I was disappointed with their service.

Due to heavy rains which lasted all thru spring and into mid- summer our job was delayed some months, but I actually preferred the fall painting job due to less humidity, much dryer conditions; more predictable weather, and slightly lower temperatures than during mid-summer. I believe that painters are able physically to do a better paint job, under less stress when the conditions are more tolerable. Dave ? (the painter) worked the first day scraping and prepping the south side of my 2 story home; then applied a primer coat and a finish coat of white paint to 3 upper story exterior window frames. He had to work the entire day off a long aluminum extension ladder and worked with enthusiasm and gusto. He show regard for safety and tirelessly completed the first day with only one short 20 minute break for lunch. The 2nd day Dave started early again (around 7:30 am), and applied 2 coats of white paint to the upper wood trim on my home; then applied 2 coats of yellow paint to the hardboard siding on the south side. Again he worked hard consistently all day and took only a short break for lunch. He completed everything I asked him to do, and showed excellent professionalism in his work and very good customer relation skills.

Part of it wasn't finished and it took some time for them to come back.

Keith was able to match the previous color on the front door and it looks beautiful. Because of the rainy summer and us being gone a lot, we were flexible on when the back got done. We were gone for 2 weeks at the end of September and beginning of October, but when we returned, the deck was finished. It looks great! It is a large area with a walkway coming down from the driveway and then 2 layers of deck. There are LOTS of spindles and they all are covered evenly. It could not have been an easy job. Keith was able to match the paint with the paint on the house, so it all blends in really well.

It was not too good. I told them I wanted the walls in the kitchen to be white and the ones in the dinning room were to be blue. They reversed it and they had to repaint it all over and then the bathroom I didn't notice until they were through and I had gone and we have a window in the bathroom above the bathtub that they didn't paint. So I was kind of dissatisfied that they didn't do that and I guess my son-in-law painted for me later. The living room is really nice, I really like it. I gave them a paint swap thing that you get from the painters and they didn't get exactly the right color blue but I had to guess at it because I gave them the only copy I had and somehow they lost it. It turned out alright but I think it was probably a little deeper than I picked out.

Many scheduling problems due to things that I feel was often beyond the owner/s control. It was a wall seen by few so it wasn't a super critical fix. I would have liked it to have been finished before it was but now that it is finished, I am very satisfied.

It was very good. They did a pretty good job overall. I wish they could have painted all my doors a little better. Other than that, everything else came out nice.

After we selected the color of paint at Sherwin Williams, Keith purchased the paint and left two of his staff, Don and Jack to continue the work. They really did a heroic job of removing the wall paper which had been on the walls for at least 20 years. I thought we might be in trouble when I saw how rough the walls had turned out when the paper was removed. Don came through as a true Picasso by displaying his talent with re-plastering the walls. Over all, the crew as easy to work with, did a great job, and cleanup prior to leaving. I would call them again for my next project (thinking of re-painting our other bathroom).
