I thought they did a great job and enjoyed their service. I will definitely use them again.

KS Painting did a very professional job. I will use them again. The only complaint I have is when they first come out to give me a Estimate it took awhile to start on the job.

Communication was good. Service was postponed several times but with mutual agreement. Came on time. No drips or mess noted. 2 painters for 4 hours. Polite, pleasant professional. Would use again in the future.

We were told it would probably take two days for the job. The two man crew arrived on time, got all of the wallpaper off and started repairing any nail holes on the first day. They cleaned up before they left. The second day, they were again on time, finished the repairs, cleaned all walls to make sure there was no paste residue and painted. They replaced any of the hardware that was removed for painting and thoroughly cleaned all rooms (even vacuumed the bedroom with my vacuum cleaner). We were very pleased with the work and have already given their information to a couple of friends that may need some painting in the future. .

To be fair, some of the issues about getting back to do the job were because of all the rain. The deck has been repainted and is looking good for now. I won't be able to tell for sure until some time passes and some high temperatures hit that deck see how it holds up. He did come back and fix the deck. He didn't power wash the whole deck as I thought he would, but it is done and for now it is looking good.

Fantastic crew and quality of work! It was so nice to have beautiful walls but also no mess left behind. Saved days of work! Highly recommend!

This particular job was "low on the food chain" and a less experienced painter was assigned. That being said, we are happy with the results and happy we didn't have to do the work ourselves!! KS was very good at communicating, scheduling and we felt comfortable leaving their sub-contractor/employee as we were in and out during the process. I think they are very busy with work, yet were able to keep our job on track.

It went well, they were very professional, and went above and beyond.

Overall great job, completed within 1 day. I would recommend going through them for any painting needs.

It went great! They were wonderful and scheduled me very quickly (thank you rain). I actually forgot to tell them to paint the closets. When my sister went to check on the work, she noticed. Even though it was my fault, they fit me in and got them painted quickly. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

We had a long and detailed review, expressing our experience - but at the end of the day, the work is done. We purchased the "Big Deal" (in addition to a request for exterior painting, and a need for additional interior painting). KS fit us in to their busy schedule right away, though we had some glitches with communication about the weather cooperating on our originally scheduled date. The painters went above and beyond what we requested, and were nothing but friendly and polite. We ran into a few issues with the workmanship, but the owner immediately came out to try and correct. Both Keith and Sharon want nothing more than to make each customer 100% satisfied with their experience. We appreciate all of the effort. UPDATED TO ADDRESS PROVIDERS RESPONSE: The attached photos were ABSOLUTELY all the result of the provider's work. Those drips were still wet when the photos were taken right after the owner left. (We had painted wall color the week before. The owner had to come back and touch up the paint splatters his workers left from painting the ceiling, as well as the trim that they flat out didn't touch.) The above review is the best possible we could have given - as stated, we had a long and detailed review but chose to not share it because the owners did try hard to correct all of the issues. (Keep in mind, this all AFTER a no-call, no-show for the first scheduled appointment.) We appreciate their efforts, but would not hire again.

Keith and all his staff provided timely and professional responses throughout the project. All the workers were polite and careful moving furniture, and cleaning up after their work. We were very pleased with their customer service. The living room ceiling looked lovely. There was one spot in the dining room ceiling where I could tell it had been patched; however, I knew exactly where to look. Some of the outdoor work was rough; but things have been let go for decades; I did not expect miracles there. All in all, we were satisfied; and would use them for future projects.

Had a terrible time trying to get someone out for an estimate. First time was a no show, second time they cancelled and then never heard from them for ten days! Then I found out that it was going to be an additional $100+ to do the work I needed done . I purchased on 4-25 and couldn't get scheduled until 5-20!! So I just was frustrated and cancelled.

Very well, I would recommend them to anyone.

They were fast I needed the job done fast to get my house on the market and they made time for me even though they were swamped .i was grateful for the fast service .

First of all, I got Mr. Shackleford's name and information from a raffle that he had donated a coupon to my son's school. This gives him an A in my book to start with! Then, we discussed the details of what we needed done. He came out and looked around, told me to pick up the paint using his contact info to get the discount which was a substantial savings and then he and his crew came out. They immediately went to work moving furniture, prepping the site, and patching and providing spackle to the areas that needed it. They were courteous and professional. They worked fast and hard and were completed two coats, everything moved back / put back up within 5 hours. I have several future projects and definitely plan on using them in the future - and plan on recommending them in the future as well. Definitely did a great job.

He was punctual, painted well and cleaned up. Very nice.

Responded quickly, has completed interior and exterior work for us appropriately and satisfactorily and reasonably. We are continuing to use him on more properties. Would highly recommend. Also his office was efficient in responding to us as well.

They started approximately 8:30 and worked continuously throughout the day. Returned the next day to apply second coat of paint throughout exterior of home.

Crew of 5 guys showed up on time and immediately began work. They fixed several areas that required patching and sanding Job took approx. 8-9 hours and they removed all fixtures, and items on walls and reattached them. The job was very nice and the workers were extremely professional and were careful and friendly. We were pleased with the results and would hire them again.

KS Painting was very responsive, very reasonable in price, and their work is exceptional. The business manager was always prompt and very polite to work with. Keith came out within just a couple of days to see the job we needed done and was then able to have the team out within a week to complete the job. The team was prompt, efficient, and thorough. The job they did was fantastic. We already plan to use them for some future trim work and have recommended them to friends. Thank you KS Painting for such a great job!

KS painting showed up, masked off the areas and painted my unfinished celing in my basement. They showed me the progress, answered any questions I had, as well as cleaned up when they left. The ceiling looks good. I had some concern about the long term adhesion on some of the pipes, but KS has said if there were any problems, they would come out and fix them. Communication was very good. I would recommend them.

Arrived on time, was very professional. Projected 2 day project, finished earlier than projected, and cleaned up well.

They did a great job! very professional. I talked to them about the problem area and where I had things planted that I wanted them to be careful around. They even hand scraped in some areas, which was more than I expected. They were running late because the 1st job of the day ran long, but went out of their way to ensure that i knew what time to expect them - it was really great customer service! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and i'd use them again!
