This was a very complicated job as most steam boilers jobs are. The work done to connect the new boiler to the steam system was done with serious craft and skill. Their pricing was the middle bid but they had the most comprehensive quote and their solution heated the house beautifully. The crew was wonderful. Knowledgeable, professional and clean. Korrect is very busy so once you lose the crew they are gone so getting wrap-up work can be a little logistically difficult. The project manager Rick was super responsive though even helping us through what turned out to be a false alarm over a weekend very respectively and patiently. We had a mutual communication issue on an element of the job that Rick straightened out to our satisfaction. The accounting group billed us late fees for work that hadn't been done yet. It took Rick awhile to get them straightened out. I would highly recommend Korrect for steam boiler work. Not cheap but very skilled. We have worked with another "A" rated HVAC provider before Korrect who was over-matched by steam boiler work. They were far less expensive and all their work turned-out to be for naught as even they admitted so experience in steam is important. Korrect had installed our prior boiler in the 80's so they definitely have a long history in this old form of heating.

The company was quick and helped us to try to find out sewer access outside because it would be cheaper to snake from outside instead of in the basement. Professional and quick! Good deal by having us sign up for angies list account.

Lat Friday I called to have three old toilets removed and replaced with three new Toto toilets that I purchased from a big box home improvement store. Korrect had immediate availability and I scheduled the work for the following Monday. The Korrect Plumbing office called me at 8 am and told me that they were on their way. At 8:30 am the two-man crew arrived. The crew was professional and pleasant. They covered their feet with shoe covers and were completely respectful to my home. It took 1.5 hours to install the toilets and when finished the toilets worked great and they left no mess. The bill for their services wad accurate and fair. I would use Korrect for all my future plumbing needs.

We had three other plumbers here, two said it couldn't be done one never came back. Korrect were on time, did a long assessment . It was determined to have a second person come out and see what they thought. We was told not to worry they would figure it. It took them two long days but they did it. They were polite and funny. When they left you would never known they had been here. They cleaned up so well. We can not say enough about this company. We will definitely use them again.

I was very impressed with the worker that came out. He was at my place on time, gave me a written quote and we schedule the repair for later that same day. He came back on time as promised and finished the job quickly and efficiently. I was suprised at how quickly he completed the job, it took about half the time I thought it would. He was very patient while i examined the job and answered all my questions - even volunteered some tips for me on other things. I asked his advice on another job I am considering and he was very helpful. I will definitely be using Korrect Plumbing for my plumbing needs in the future.

The repairman was very professional, courteous and prompt. He answered and explained any questions or concerns I had. He exhibited a pleasant personality and was focused on completing the job promptly.

Very responsive. Scheduled appointment quickly. Office called ahead to let us know plumber was on his way; plumber showed up as scheduled. When we learned we needed to buy different fixtures, we were charged for the wasted 1st service call, but the charge was applied to our final bill, so we were not "out" the cost of the first service visit. All in all, a good experience and I would use them again for any plumbing needs.

I called Korrect to schedule someone to come out and I told them of the problem I was facing. The stem coming out for the shower head had broken off leaving just the threads in the pipe in the wall. I thought I would have to rip out some of the wall to get to the pipe and cause a big job. They had someone available that came out withing 30-minutes. The plumber had a customized "easy out" tool that he used to get the broken piece of shower stem out of the pipe. His skill and customized tool saved the day. He was able to get that stem out without having to rip out any of the wall. He saved me a lot of time and money. I've used Korrect Plumbing for a lot of jobs and they have always done good work and been reasonably priced. They are now my "go to" plumbers. I will continue to call them anytime I need a plumber. I've always been very pleased with their work.

Ok, but leaked again shortly after repair, had to return to fix.

The first part of the project appears complete and we have moved on with the second phase of the project. Contractor has been very helpful and understanding because we have had to work with the insurance carrier in the middle of this project. The work completed is professionally installed and items to keep water lines in code appear to be complete. No mess remaining from repaired work and each detail seems complete. I'm kept informed of impending repairs and completed work as it takes place. Again the overall work is not yet completes.

I had a 24 year old unit that began to fail. I made a call to Korrect, they came out immediately, diagnosed the issue and told me they could replace the blower or install a new HVAC system. Since the current unit was so old, I opted for the new one. I did receive a quote with multiple options and chose one that had a higher SEER rating since we are going to be in the house for a while. They also recommended a smaller 40,000 BTU unit for this area of the house. The old one was 60,000 BTU. Korrect said it was oversized so I took their recommendation, saved a few bucks and went with the 40,000 BTU unit. Each quote included applicable rebates which knocked $500-$600 off the price. I didn't have to do any of the paperwork. It was all submitted by Korrect automatically. They only needed my Vectren/DP&L account numbers. They scheduled the installation for a couple of days later, called beforehand to confirm the time and arrived promptly. It took about 6 hours to tear out the old unit and replace it. The installers were polite, professional and knew their stuff. They put footies on when entering the house. I also had a new digital/WiFi thermostat installed. Korrect has done other work for me and their work is always excellent. They are responsive, reasonably priced and do their work well. I continue to recommend them to my friends and family.

Recommended replace with copper vs. PVC so that lines would match up since there were only 2 or 3 stolen (removed). Great job!

Troy arrived at the appointed hour, insured that he did not track debris in the house and estimated the time and materials for the job. He then went about the task of replacing the valves which took approximately 2 and a half hours. No leaks were found and the area where he did his work was cleaned up by him. Troy was the lead technician and he did a wonderful job. He was assisted by Reagon. Both men were professional in conduct. Troy had given an estimate on the job two days prior and it came in a few dollars under estimate. The project took approximately 8 hours to complete. Troy explained the process before beginning work, and made sure any questions or concerns were addressed. He also gave status updates during the course of the work. They used tarps to protect my flooring while working, and thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. We have a dog and two cats and both Troy and Reagon worked well around them ensuring they did not get out as the men made many trips in and out of the house during the project.

Korrect came to service our water heater and decided to have it replaced. They were better than on time, they were knowledgeable, clean, super nice and had the old water heater out and the new one installed in two and half hours. Even handed me my newspaper !! Fantastic!! Price was best price I had received on a new water heater!! Very very pleased !! Thank you !!

The lights in our new home always dimmed briefly when the A/C would kick on, but on Sunday we noticed they would continue to dim in a similar manner while the unit was running (no dimming at all when the A/C was NOT running, which made it easier to troubleshoot the cause). I called Korrect at lunchtime and they had someone out about an hour or two later to diagnose and fix the problem. Due to its age, he recommended we replace the unit next spring and provided a general ballpark figure of the cost based on the current size but mentioned that the fix should get us through the rest of the season. We previously used them to replace the old, corroded connections to the washing machine, which went just as well. We'll continue to use Korrect for our plumbing and HVAC needs going forward!

We had some 80 year old cast iron that had begun to fail removed and replaced with PVC. Korrect arrived on time and removed all of the old stuff from the basement to the second floor and had it all replaced the same day. The two workers were very personable and definitely knew what they were doing. Any messes made during the install were cleaned up and I was entirely satisfied with all work performed.

Korrect replaced an old 40 gallon gas water heater with a new 50 gallon gas water heater. They quickly drained and removed the old water heater and had the new one in and hooked up in no time. No mess, no problems. This is my second time using Korrect and I will definitely consider using them again!

Craig quoted me an arrival time of 8-8:30. The servicemen called me about 8 am and said they were on their way, two men arrived about 20 after 8. They arrived ready to work and treated my home with respect. They took a quick look around at my plumbing and decided what they were going to do. They started right in pulling out my old plumbing, and called for backup to help cut down and discard the old pipes, within 3 minutes 3 more servicemen arrived on site and got right to work. There were 2 men in the basement working fabricating copper lines for my water heater and laundry sink, 2 men under my kitchen sink pulling out the old and fabricating new copper lines for my sink and dishwasher. They even installed a new faucet we bought after we were quoted without charging me extra which was very generous. The last gentleman was in the bathroom gently removing the pipes from my porcelain tile floor and wall. They were able to feed pipe through the wall so they didn't have to drill new holes in the floor, or leave open holes in my wall which I greatly appreciated. It took them the better part of the day to remove and replace all the risers in the wall. They took a quick 30 minute lunch and came back ready to install all the Upinor PEX lines and turn on the water. They finished around 5:30, and stayed to make sure the all the connections were good. I didn't have to pay overtime for them being at my home late either. Overall all the men were helpful, clean, and informative. I asked a lot of questions throughout the day and was always met with a helpful friendly response. I never felt like I was in the way or bothering them. Most importantly the water pressure in my house is phenomenal, my water quality has greatly improved, and they tucked all the water lines into the joists so that when we do eventually finish the basement we won't need to have them come out to hide them. The job looks great. Very satisfied. Will DEFINITELY hire again in the future.

We had water dripping constantly from the basement ceiling where water supply lines and a PVC drain went up to the first floor. He examined first and second floor walls for wet spots - found none. He wet down tarps to catch sheet rock dust. Cut a hole in the basement stairway wall only to find that the piping was not there. I don't think it was a bad call, I think I would have started there as well considering where the piping came out of the ceiling. Moved to the first floor and cut a hole in the hall closet wall. Found the pipe path. Pipes here were wet. The hole was large enough for him to look up inside the wall and he estimated where he thought he saw a the leak. He made another hole in the closet wall near the ceiling. Found a pin-hole leak with a barely visible water jet spraying directly at the parallel PVC drain pipe. He pointed out the leak. the water jet was fine enough that I couldn't see it until he put his finger into the stream. Shut off the main. Removed a three-foot section of copper cold water supply pipe -cutting at the upper and lower holes in the wall - and replaced it using sweat joints. Very neat repair considering the tight quarters of the cold water supply pipe being between the hot water supply pipe and the PVC drain. He removed all debris and and packed up the tarps. Reviewed the itemized bill with me and I paid with a credit card. My basement is now dry, but I have three holes in my walls, though they shouldn't be too hard to patch.
