We called before 8am and they were able to come replace the water heater before 6pm same day! We had used Korrect previously, so we didn't bother to shop around since they were able to come out that day; this was very important as we had overnight guests coming that night. The plumber was professional and ensured we had hot water before he left.

We moved into a home with two sinks in the master. One sink worked and the other didn't. We planned to replace both, so didn't think too much of it. After our recent irrigation system backflow test, the working sink stopped workingand the non-working sink started working. Convinced we had a huge plumbing issue, I called Korrect. Kevin told me over the phone how to fix the problem myself in a matter of minutes. While it was a simple fix I probably should have thought of, Kevin didn't make me feel dumb about missing it. More importantly, he asked me to try the simple fix BEFORE charging me to come out. I greatly appreciate Kevin's honesty and helpfulness. I will absolutely call this company for future needs.

Not an emergency, but they gave me an appointment the next day anyway. It went exceptionally smoothly and quickly -- very pleasant and knowledgeable tech! Some discussion of price, but I was happy with the final decision, which i thought was quite fair.

Well. There was a lot going on over a period of weeks and, a few scattered days with no water in the house. They were always prompt and, the work proceeded as expected. They managed to replace the piping in 2 days time. When delays occurred it was due to trying to orchestrate the flooring people with the plumbers. Korrect was helpful in suggesting local contractors for the fixtures, manufactured marble and glass doors. The estimate given proved to be quite accurate.

Phenomenal job! Originally were hired to clean one drain. Since the first drain took less time than the minimum charge, they offered to clean a second for the same price. I was blown away! They could have easily just done the minimum and left, but they offered to go above and beyond. Very difficult to find a contractor with this level of service!

I spoke with Kevin and explained the issue, he said that a tech could be at our home late morning or early afternoon and he provided a quote for a typical camera inspection and cleaning. The technician arrived at about 11 AM in a clean and well marked truck. He was courteous, friendly and professional in both appearance and with our interaction - and he wasted no time in looking at the problem. After a visual inspection of our septic tank, he found that the tank was completely full and was not obstructed but that lift pump in our septic system had failed. He explained that there was nothing much he could do himself to fix the problem because he was a drain cleaning tech plus repairing this problem should be the responsibility of the contractor and his subs covered under warranty. He explained that since the problem was not an obstruction, that no camera inspection or cleaning was necessary and that he had been there less than 30 minutes, that the original price quoted would not be necessary. I would be responsible for only a small trip and service charge which was less than half of the original quoted amount. So bottom line is this... Here is the email I sent to Korrect Inc. It explains everything. I am writing you this email about the gas water heater replacement job your company performed at my house today, Monday, May 22nd. I had to leave work to meet plumbers. We were without hot water over the weekend, so when they gave me estimate of $2225.00 I was taken by surprise but I accepted. Before I was told the estimate, I asked for a good quality water heater. I thought, that I will be getting a really good one. After the water heater was replaced, I had to rush back to work. After I came back, I googled the part number of the replacement water heater, GPVT-50 200. I was very much surprised that it costs between $888 to $999. Most places sell it for $934. This mean that the replacement labor cost was about $1163 after sales tax deduction (5.75%). That is very steep price. Two plumbers spent about two hours replacing it (I am not counting the time when they drove away to bring the replacement water heater). That is $290 per hour per person. I am not asking you for a refund. It is on me that I did not ask for the part number of the replacement water heater and check the price before I accepted. I just wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the total cost of the replacement work compared to the quality of the water heater I got. I think it was rip off. For the price I was charged, it should have been AO Smith 50 gallon 76,000 BTU Vertex gas water heater (about $1800) or similar quality. Korrect Inc. was recommended to me and I used your service for a small jobs before. However, after this job, you definitely lost a customer and I am not going to recommend Korrect Inc. to anybody.

Korrect has come out several times over the past 5 years and I've always been satisfied. Their workers are professional and clean up well after. I will use again.

It took a while but they worked hard and in a professional manner. I have not had any problems with the plumbing since. I still need to have the ceiling closed up, but wanted to wait to be sure there were no problems.

The job went well and the new installation was neatly installed. New water heaters are somewhat larger in size due to EPA regulations, so some rearranging of equipment in the utility area was required.

I was called 1/2 hour prior to arrival. Service man was prompt. Filled washing machine, ran a snake down the drain pipe, then ran it a second time just to make sure he got it all. Turned on the washing machine, drained the water, refilled the washer and drained again, listening for the sound of the water hitting the bottom of the drain.

I called in to get an estimate and wanted to schedule for service quickly. They estimated over the phone and schedule me for the next day. They said they'd confirm the estimate at the time of service and if I didn't like it, they'd be happy to leave with the new softener and go on with their day. On the day of service the first technician came in and surveyed the situation. He confirmed the initial estimate and got to work right away. He had a helper come in later to get it done. Time estimate was exactly right. They had a new softener in and hauled the old one away with great efficiency. They kept our house clean in the process (aside from salt on the cement floor where the softener lives (no biggie, it's a storage room). Before they left, the first Technician answered all my questions and explained the new water softener system to me. He gave me ways to protect it from damming and even showed me how to adjust the water pressure in the house. I really appreciated his knowledge and willingness to take the time to educate the customer. Even if it means, I don't need them in the future because of it. Fast, efficient and no surprises.

We are tearing out and remodeling the bathroom and they ran new lines for us in the bathroom. We were out of time and material basis on that project, because they did other stuff in there earlier than that for us. They did kitchen work, they did more bathroom lines, they did a bunch of plumbing in this house for us. They are expensive. They’re very good. You get what you pay for, I guess.

I bought a house in West kettering in November and after a home inspection I decided I wanted to replace all of the supply plumbing and drains in the house as well as my hvac system. I began gathering bids from different companies and called Korrect. They sent someone out to look at the scope of work, which I provided in written detail. They then sent me an estimate for 17000 a few days later, which was reasonable. The problem is that they also sent me an invoice for 145 for a 'plumbing inspection'. No such inspection was performed. All they did was provide a bid for work requested. I then reached out to them about the mistake and they offered a credit if I hired them to do the work. This is unacceptable. I went with another company because charging for a bid to do work is like charging a potential employer for an interview. I will not use them in the future and will recommend against them to anyone who asks me. I hear they do good work, but their business practices need overhauled.

Great! Korrect is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable in all ways. Over the phone I got quotes for the water heater and water softener (prices that included all the "extras" upfront) and a service window that was less than 24 hours from my initial call. The technician Roy arrived shortly after the beginning of that window of time. He did a preliminary check of everything involved and warned me that my water main shut off was already damaged and might require the valve replaced. All the work was done professionally and with consideration of my property (drop cloths, cleaning up after himself, etc.). He was able to show me the split in my water main shut off and recommended I replace it then replaced the valve quickly and with no drama. 5 hours after he arrived and maybe 27 hours after my initial call I had a new water softener, new hot water heater, new shut off valve, and some new piping (to replace some other company's shoddy work). I rely on Korrect as someone I trust to give me good and honest service. You can find someone else to do the work cheaper, but I have learned you get what you pay for. I paid $1175 for a 40g water heater; $1325 for a cabinet water softener; $65 for the main shut off valve. Those prices were all-inclusive and as quoted upfront.

Adam showed up just before 8AM and I explained everything that was going on. Previous owner was a horrible DIYer and I continually find things that we're poorly done. He started with clearing out a clog in the bathroom tub. Afterwards, Adam reworked my kitchen drain/trap and snaked the entire drain which fixed the backup issues I was having down in the basement. He made some suggestions for future work as well to eliminate the previous owner's poor handy work. He was in and out in about an hour and cleaned up after he finished the work.

They were on time, very professional, and friendly. I would use them again in the future.

Those guys are absolutely grade 'A', the whole company is. We've used them for a number of years. We have a shower in our basement. We thought it was leaking at the PVC pipe that runs underneath the shower and then out around into the drain. That was not what it was at all, it was the copper piping that runs into the shut-off valves and so forth. We come to find out that it was leaking at those junctions and also the drain inside the shower had separated a little bit, where if you left the top piece in it, you would have never seen it. He took it out and he showed it to me. There was definite little separations and that was where some of the water was coming from. He said, "I can fix that." He said he would use silicon. He said, "I think I've got some of that on my truck. It won't take me nothing to fix that." So he fixed that and he had to cut the copper piping and redo those. He went above and beyond helping us to fix that drain because he didn't have to do that. He could have said, "Well, you're just going to have to replace the whole bottom of the shower." But, no, he just said, "This will definitely stop that from leaking," and he did and he fixed the copper piping. He was a very friendly young man. He explained everything to Jim what he did. He said, "If you've got any problems that happen after this, call me back," and we said, "We sure will." It cost around $300 because they charge like $24 something every 15 minutes. So it adds up quick, but it was worth it. I would tell friends and family members to definitely use them.

It went well. The plumber came the next day, found 2 leaks and fixed both within one hour. I was out of town, so my brother let the guy in and stayed while he worked. While I appreciate the overall work, as a senior on a fixed income, I thought the cost was beyond expensive. The service call alone was over $100. I would have shopped around for a more economical provider, but it was a bit of an emergency as the wall was showing mold and I didn't know how long the leak had been going on. I have allergies and sensitivities to mold and was desperate. Time was a factor and Desperation costs a lot...
