 + -1 moreWhen I later visited a dealership for an unrelated recall, discovered the cabin air filter Jiffy Lube used was not the correct model and it had been improperly installed, so that it was not providing filtered air to the cabin and was very difficult to remove. Though Jiffy Lube had not recommended that my tires be changed, they were in terrible condition. This after I'd told the manager that I was planning to take several long drives over the past couple of months -- I did so on dangerously worn tires that I immediately replaced at the dealership's recommendation. Finally, the price for the cabin air filter from the dealership (the correct model this time) was HALF of what Jiffy Lube charged me for the wrong filter. Response from Jiffy Lube? "Sorry for the inconvenience."
Description of Work: Installed cabin air filter and changed oil.

 + -1 moreJiffy Lube was very punctual. If I had questions, they answered my questions, very directly. They treated me with respect. It was overall a good experience and I certainly will go back.
