Tech was late but called to let me know, which was greatly appreciated. He had also found that our separate power switch for the HVAC had corroded wires and replaced what he could to make it safe with the recommendation to contact our HVAC provider to put in the appropriate switch for the amperage since he did not have one on hand. Overall, good experience. Will contact for any future electrical work.

The electrician arrived within a few hours of my phone call. He quickly accessed the problem, made the repairs and cleaned up the area. I am grateful for the quick response time. I wasn't too happy about the double charge for the service call (because it was Sunday), but totally understand. I was pleased that they gave me a 10% Military Discount though.

The job went really well. Bonham Electric's electricians were friendly and knowledgeable. They went over and above the scope of work. The pricing was fair. For anyone who is interested in a whole house generator I would highly recommend Jeff Bonham Electric.

The service man called prior to my appointment start time to let me know he would be arriving late. I let him know that wasn't a problem since I was going to be home for the rest of the day. He showed up 1 hour after our originally scheduled time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained that we needed our electrical box replaced to upgrade an outdated box and prevent shortages from happening in the kitchen. After we explained some other work we were interested in, he took note and said he would get us a quote out. I received a quote and am currently in the process of scheduling to have the work done

The battery is supposed to "exercise"/ come on once a week for 12mins. We had ugly weather over the weekend and the battery failed on its exercise. I went out to check the battery and put it on manual to start but it still wouldn't start. I was afraid to wait around so I went and bought a new battery (the battery that Generex recommends to use). I called the service provider to tell them that the battery had failed and the secretary said they would get back with me. They followed up on 12/30 and told me that I should take the battery back where they bought it. I wanted to know why it was up to me to take the battery back when they were the ones who installed it. I couldn't remember the name of the company they bought it from but it was a 24 month battery and Generex recommended a 75 month battery. I felt they should have known the type of battery to install since it is their profession. I feel they did not stand behind their work and essentially washed their hands of the situation since the battery failed and it was up to me, the customer, to do the legwork by returning the battery.

Jeff and his team removed all existing overhead garage tube lights and then installed new, higher efficiency tube lighting. A new exterior GFI outlet was installed using an existing interior circuit. All work and the corresponding final clean-up was well done by a professional, respectful team.

Everything went well, no drama. 2 guys spent about 3 hours on the job. remote control switch was a little weird to install, but they perservered and worked through it's quirks, and we're happy with results.

Jeff did a great job. He identified an additional break I did not realize was bad.

Bonham has been doing all of our electrical work for 8-10 years. They are really good at what they do and very knowledgeable about the electrical code.

Showed up right on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and installed the switches in a few minutes. Friendly service, reasonable price.

Fine on florescent. The electrician ran into trouble with the overhead fan pull chain, but came out with the necessary parts the next day and was able to fix and complete the job. Excellent service and follow through

Paul came with a crew and finished the job in 6 hours or so. Did a great job. The county inspected the job and approved the new service. The home we are rehabbing was upgraded to accommodate the 100 amp service. Another job well done. Thank you!!

Everything went great! Two guys showed up on time and worked steadily until the job was done. They cleaned up after themselves and the final bill matched the estimate exactly. I'll definitely use them again for any future work I may need done!

Very well but it took a little more time than I anticipated because they had to go up into my attic for wiring.

Jeff Bonham Electric was prompt and professional. They installed my new post light and disposed of the broken one. i would deffinatly use them again.

They arrived promptly and reviewed the specs of the job. They installed the dedicated 2 outlets first, then shut down the power at 9:25 am, exchanged the electrical box, put up a new base to attached the breaker box. replaced the outside cable from feed to new meter box and then to the internal breaker box. The outside wire was attached to the siding and it was done in a very professional manner with no issues. The upgrade of breaker box was done cleanly and no issues. Power out just over 5 1/2 hours, refrigs were fine and no food went bad. Does: Before work starts, review specs of work to be done and show them where things are loaded at (electrical box, where the new outlets would go, etc. Just let then know where you will be at if they need to ask you questions. Don'ts: Once work has started, stay out of there way and don't keep asking for updates. Go on with other things you can do inside, do outside work or read a book.
