Went very well; pleasant to deal with on the phone and in person. Fast, neat, efficient, personable.

Showed up on time and worked quickly. Advised us why some work was not needed and added (without cost) an estimate on installation of an emergency generator.

Got on the job on time, 3 men started their separate jobs; others were showing up during the day for specific installation, I guess they all have certain certifications. They left and everything was installed per our wishes.

I was happy with the cost. The final price came in under the original quote. I would recommend them highly to anyone that needed the service. The showed up on time.`

Very well. The company had kits that worked to quickly install the lights even in the absence of proper electrical boxes. The technician was able to rapidly install the lights which tells me the company has a lot of experience with older houses. I was very pleased with the overall job except for the punctuality. The project start was delayed (not the technician's fault) but I had to call the company to get an update on why they were late. Ideally they should be calling me when the technician or install is going to be 30 to 60 minutes late. Other than this though, I'm happy with the service. I've used this company before joining Angie's List, and I'll probably continue to use them.

They did a good job. They were efficient at what they did. They were very professional. They knew what they were doing. They did everything at or better then code. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Everyone was professional and courteous from the beginning to the end, including the people on the phone, the estimator and the gentlemen who actually performed the work for us. They arrived exactly on time for the estimate AND for the appointment to have the work done. They left everything clean when they left. I can't say enough good things about this company. It's unfortunate that often times companies this are often the exception to rule.

It was great! When I called, they were able to schedule someone to come within 48 hours. They gave me a 15 minute window for his arrival, and he called to let me know he would be a few minutes late. When he arrived, I described the problem, and he gave me an estimate. In addition to connecting the wiring for the hood over my stove, he replaced a light fixture and outlet in the basement, all for the price originally quoted! The entire job took a little over 1 hour. He even brought in his own broom and dustpan to clean up when the job was completed.

Great. He brought a ladder (necessary), was clean, used manners, and an interesting person to talk with. I thought the price was good.

Excellent! Their estimate was $700 less than the closest competitor, and it was right on. The work was done professionally, on time, and completely. Their communication with me before, during and after the project was clear and appropriate. The electrician was friendly, helpful and hard working. He thoroughly cleaned up when he was done (including removing his footprints). I'm hard to please, but this company was great!

My experience with the company was wonderful. I submitted a request for assistance one night via email. They responded early the next morning. They were able to schedule my work for five days later. The crew arrived significantly early and got right to work. Both Dave and Dennis were very knowledgeable and thoughtful about solving what turned out to be more complicated than originally thought. My basement is completely finished, which complicated the job. They finished quickly and the final price was exactly like the estimate.

Jeff Bonham Electric fixed this minor problem quickly and efficiently. I will continue to use them, when I have electrical service and repair needs.

JEFF BONHAM DID A GREAT JOB ON THE FAN AND CHANDELIER. THEY ARE RUNNING GREAT, AND THE PRICES ARE REALLY CHEAP BUT DEFINITELY WORTH IT. I WOULDN'T HIRE ANYONE ELSE TO DO THAT TYPE OF WORK FOR ME IN THE FUTURE.

THEY WILL GIVE YOU EMERGENCY SERVICE- EVEN ON WEEKEND EVENINGS AND NOT CHARGE OUTRAGEOUS PRICES. HE DOES SOLID WORK. I APPRECIATE HIS RESPONSIVENESS AND HONESTY.
