I called for an assessment appointment and they scheduled me for the next day. 2 days later, I was emailed an estimate of 3 possibilities, outlining what 'could be' the problem, and the costs of each. I scheduled an appointment for the repairs 7 days out. Their team arrived exactly on time at 8:30 AM and went right to work. Within minutes they had determined that the underground current feed wire was broken. The digging began and they were finished with the job by lunch time. It was the least expensive option of the 3 possibilities. The company was very professional from the first phone call through the completion of the job. I would highly recommend this company.

They were very knowledgeable and professional. There was a miscommunication concerning the work I'd expected to be performed. They were very responsive in addressing my concerns and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

I wasn't all that impressed and it lead me to believe that they were going to be so many hours and what they did is that they had an intern with them that followed them that really didn't actually do any work and they concerned that has and other man and so they did less time and charged for his fee a fee for him as well so I wouldn't use them again.

The work was completed in the one visit. The workers were polite and professional and offered suggestions when I needed help making a decision on the location and spacing of the lights. I was so satisfied I hired the company again to install 8 more recessed lights for me.

It went very well. they were quick and efficient. They explained things, they were friendly, they cleaned up everything, they responded quickly and appropriately.

Josh and the others were great from start to finish - explained the installation, what would be needed both from them and the gas company, and how the internet connection worked so that we are notified when we are away if the generator kicks into action. The whole process was first rate from start to finish, and when we had a power outage it kicked on without us even noticing the outage had happened until our neighbor asked us if ours had gone out too.

Service was efficient and electrician arrived on time. I will use them again in the future.

It went alright in regards to tweaking an outlet to fix the problem but after they left, tried to turn on a lamp and the breaker blew again. So I had to call again and make another appointment for them to come back and find the problem that wasn't fixed the 1st time. It ended up being a short in another outlet.

They were awesome! Great communication, and easy to get an appointment. Two electricians showed up, explained what they would do, looked at everything closely, including the sauna, asked plenty of questions so they would know exactly what I wanted, and then explained everything to me as they were working. Electricians were prompt, polite, speedy and very professional. We will definitely use this company for any future electrical service needed. Plus, the actual cost came in a few dollars cheaper than the estimate!!!

The electrician that made the service call, Corey, was early and called several times to keep me aware of his availability. Upon arrival, he was courteous and got straight to attempting to locate the source of my issue. He was careful, thorough, and took time to explain every step he was taking and answer my questions. Once he located the source of the problem, he offered several thoughtful options and did great work to address the problem. He carefully cleaned afterwards and then doublechecked his work and the other outlets to make sure they were still functioning as well. I purchased a two hour Angieslist deal for the work, and even though he finished early, he offered to look at other issues I had with electrical in the house, rather than leave early. I would be happy to use Jeff Bonham again, and I highly recommend Corey- he did a fantastic job.

Bryan was incredible! He was very thorough and checked EVERYTHING. His report was very detailed and categorized recommended repairs by how critical they were for safety purposes and which ones would be a good idea to make in the future. He was very polite and professional, and he addressed specific areas of concern we asked him about. He also put his report in perspective for us and assured us that the house was in great condition. Based on our experience with Bryan, we would definitely use Jeff Bonham Electric in the future.

When we first called for an estimate, this was scheduled and completed very quickly. Once we decided to have Bonham Electric go ahead with the job we ended up calling them numerous times with more detailed questions on what the job would entail, what would be completed, etc. They were very helpful in their reply. When the scheduled day arrived, the work went along smoothly, was completed to our satisfaction, and we did not have any issues.

Overall the service went great, and I really can't be happier with the piece of mind that having the new panel and whole house surge protector provide. On the day that services were supposed to be provided the installer called and let me know that they would be running late, but that they would still be coming and installing the panel that day. It seemed from what they said that it was one of those days when nothing goes right (we've all had them), and that did not change once he started my install, but the installer stayed professional and friendly the whole time. Several hours later I had a new panel, and have a provider that I would definitely recommend to my friends and neighbors.

The first technician who came out set up the timing incorrectly such that the lights came on during the day and turned over during the evening. I called Jeff Bonham to complain and they had another electrician come out the next day and fix the timer at no charge. That was five months ago and throughout the dark winter we have had the lights come on properly and the motion detector detect movement in the backyard and then brighten the lights.

They sent two technicians and each person tackled one of the timers. They had them replaced very quickly. The person who worked on the plate in the back of the house tightened the screw just a bit too much and the pressure put a crack into the drywall where the top of the plate met the wall. I didn't notice it when they finished the job, but it's not that big of a deal. That was two years ago and the timers have continue to work perfectly. The timers they installed are Defiant brand daylight adjusting digital timers from Home Depot.
