Everything went well. The workers performed the work professionally and in minimal time. They cleaned up after themselves. This is at least the second time that we used them and we have never been disappointed.

This was the third time I've used Bonham Electric since moving into this house in summer of 2013. Knowledgeable, professional, punctual and hard working crew. Very courteous and responsive to questions. The chandelier installation was completed in less than 20 minutes.

I was extremely impressed with Shawn's (and by extension with Jeff Bonham Electric) integrity and professionalism. He was honest and up-front with me and saved me the cost of an emergency service call. I will not hesitate to use Jeff Bonham Electric in the future. Thanks Shawn.

First Contact I used the form on their web site to request a quote. I received a call the next day setting up the appointment to gather information for the quote. They arrived promptly and spent about half an hour reviewing the environment and getting specifics. I received a line-item quote with accurately articulated tasks via e-mail within 24 hours. I accepted the quote and an appointment was arranged for about 10 days later. The Work Itself Two electricians arrived on time (8:30AM), reviewed the tasks to be completed and got down to business. They prepared the work areas to minimize mess and respected the living space (example: did not bang the ladders on the soft, newly-installed real hardwood floor causing unnecessary dings). When needed, they asked for input regarding lighting placement before finalizing the installation. They adjusted the chandelier to the proper height which required removing some unnecessary extensions. All of the malfunctioning switches, ceiling fans and smoke detectors were put back in working order within a few hours--no small task considering the way the space was originally wired. Once verifying all of the work was completed satisfactorily, they cleaned up the work area including using a dust mop on the floors and removing the old shower fan. They were on site for about 7.5 hours. If there was a rating higher than 'A', I would give it. If you're fortunate enough to reside in their service area and need electrical work done, call them and have confidence that the work will be done professionally, on-time and as quoted.

They fixed it like new and it is excellent. This is not the first time that I have had work done to trouble shoot the circuit. Somebody did it before and I thought they had fixed it but I feel reasonably sure it is fixed this time. He was so nice and receptive to my limitations. He went back and forth till he found it. He was right on time. He was good. I would be pleased to use his services more. I never saw him before I found his name on Angie’s List, and it was the first time I had ever seen the guy who came to the door. I don’t know if he is a worker or owner or what, but he was very professional.

Called for estimate, gentleman was prompt and thourgh. Work was scheduled to occur in less than 2 weeks from approval of estimate. Workers on time, friendly, answered all questions easily and politely. Would use again in a heartbeat!

He was great and prompt. Price was great. He knew what he was doing, very quick with the work he was doing and they were wonderful. I am probably going to using them again here in the next few months.

Mark and Jeff Bonham both came out to trouble shoot our problem. After checking our system they determined the problem and repaired it in a quick and efficient manner. Very friendly and professional gentlemen to work with. We would definately call them again.

Jeff Bonham Electric Inc did an outstanding job with our light installation. Starting with an initial visit by Jim Bonham, followed by careful work and detailed explanations by two outstanding employees. Can lights were installed in the lower level living room, and this required breaking through plaster ceiling to wire the electricity. Lights were also installed in the Master Bedroom with minimal damage to the ceiling due to the attic access. On the first day of the job, we decided to make a change to the original lighting layout and the workers were very accommodating - helping us in our design thought process. The initial quote was approximately the final price, however, the work took a little longer than originally estimated. But, the job was well done and the results are terrific - I highly recommend this company.

We used this company three times and on all three occasions, they arrived promptly to begin work. All crew members were very knowledgeable. The estimated time to complete the work was accurate. They ran lines for four new outlets, installed interior and exterior lights, and installed 200 amp service (over three service dates). Will definitely use them again.

Through Angie's List, we met with a couple of recommended providers for generator install. The level of professionalism and personableness by Jeff when we met with him was well beyond all others. He was not after money, and actually recommended a generator that would cost less and yet comply with our county's codes. He also talked about what our needs would be in an outage and together, came up with a generator size that we both thought would be most workable. With others we met, they said load reducers could not be done, or not familiar with them at all (which helped to cut costs) and which caused them to drive us toward a higher end generator. When we circled back to Jeff about this, he said his expertise and experience is what helps us to get what we are getting, and rest assured, works very well. In comparing quotes, Jeff came out $1000+ cheaper than others and a lot less hassle. With others, we had to arrange for our plumber ourselves, whereas Jeff had that included. So Jeff and team took care of all permits, plumbing permits, the plumber (gas man that is as we were hooking into our gas). The men who came to do the job were very courteous throughout, efficient, quick, and very helpful when I had questions. The box installed by the fuse box could have stuck out from our wall, rather than being flush, and they did a great job of getting it as flush as possible, and it is about 1/4 inch off of that. (Others who came out said the box would HAVE to stick out from the wall, no option.) They did a test run of the system by shutting off the electricity and it came on in just 10 seconds! Awesome! A whole house surge suppressor was also installed at our request, and since they were in the fuse box anyway, the labor didn't cost additional. Additionally, we are likely to move in a few years and wanted to take the generator with us, and Jeff made sure that we could do that in how gas, etc was hooked up. Our Generac generator runs its own maintenance check every Saturday now, and we have a sense of peace that quality work was done and we will have power no matter what. The professionalism by Jeff, the men who did the work and those on the phone when we would call, were all top notch. We would recommend Jeff to others and look forward to using them for future needs.

This was a 2 day project, because there was so much that needed to be done. They were able to take care of the entire project. They had a detailed job and they were so knowledgeable. There was not a questions that was asked that they could not answer. If we left a message they were prompt with calling back. They also had to come back to fix a glitch and they were out the next day. Our next door neighbors also used them after they saw what they did for us.

Jeff came out right aways and he educated me on generators as well as giving me a great quote. He is the kind of hometown company you want to work with.

Two-person crew called to say they'd be late; they showed approximately two hours past scheduled appointment but there was also significant snowfall slowing everything down. When they arrived they took their shoes without being asked, and immediately sized up the tasks and divided to conquer. They brought over boots to wear when they returned with their tools. The technician explained everything in great detail as he worked the issues. The disposal switch was getting power so he looked at the actual disposal itself and re-capped some wires that had vibrated loose. That alone saved a disposal replacement. He fixed the bathroom can light and cleaned up some older jumbled up wiring that was connected to the exhaust fan. His partner took on the outside job of installing the motion sensing lights. It was done very professionally and they look great. This was fantastic service that will absolutely make them our fist call for anything electrical.

The two installers were prompt and very courteous they made sure we were informed during the whole process. The work was done in a timely manner and was Of the highest quality and we'll done. The only problem with the install was that the person who ordered the parts did not add the transfer switch parts to the parts list for the installers, so they had to return a week later to complete the job. It was not a large issue and was taken care of as soon as they recieved the materials. Steve was very friendly and an asset to the company, he made the process very pleasent. The only other issue is the price of the transfer switch, it seems a bit high for the time it took to install and the amount of materials needed.

I called them the night before or the morning of Nov 13th, explained the problem I was experiencing with a light switch and work I wanted done, I also requested to have someone come out as soon a possible. I was informed someone would be there at 1:00 pm when they finish a job. When no one showed up by 1:30 pm I called the business, they explained someone would be there by 2:00, not to worry someone would be there today. Someone finally showed up at 3:30, again I explained what I wanted done, do to the time constraint I was informed that they would only have time to trouble shoot and fix the light switch. During the trouble shooting and repair they went to their truck about three times for tools and parts. I took roughly 1.5 hrs. to fix the issue, they recorded the additional work I wanted done, said they would send me an estimate, which they did, do to scheduling, I have not schedule the additional work.

Other than a weather setback, all work was done in a timely manner, at the quoted estimate. Works areas were cleaned up on a daily basis.

I found Jeff Bonham Electric from Angie's List. I wanted to replace some older, outdated exterior lights that were from our original builder. I emailed Jeff Bonham and they responded very quickly. I contracted with them to replace the exterior lighting. The crew that came out were punctual, professional, and really pleasant to my family. I will definitely use them again in the future. In addition, they really went above and beyond for us. I supplied the exterior lighting. After the installation was completed, I noticed that there was a small glass break in one of the lights I bought at Lowes. You could not easily see this slight break in glass until it was very dark outside. I bought a replacement light at Lowes and Jeff Bonham Electric came out and installed the replacement light for free. I expected to pay since it was not their fault the light was broken. I really appreciated the excellent service.

It really did go well. They deserve all As! Workers were extremely polite and punctual. I liked being able to communicate with office staff via email. Received several calls to confirm time and date of service. AND was just a little less expensive than other 2 bids.

They were very efficient, professional, and honest. He installed the generator in one day. While they were here they were even able to identify a gas leak in my furnace, notified me, and contacted Vectren. I would highly recommend him based on my experience.

It went very well. They arrived on time, their appearance was clean, they conducted themselves professionally at all times. Had me walk through the project before starting to make sure we were on the same page as to what I wanted done and where I wanted the new lights placed. They cleaned up behind themselves. We did a walk through after to assure things were done the way we wanted them done.

The tech was punctual and professional. He made sure the job was thoroughly completed and done 100% accurately. The cost was a bit more than expected, but he did do some additional work on things he noticed that were bad as he was doing the requested repair.
