Description of Work: They ran a line from the house to a gazebo, cleaned up an electric box, and installed an outdoor outlet. The work went great but there was a misunderstanding on who would contact the inspector so the trench that was dug for the new line remained open for a long period.

Description of Work: The problem was identified as being loose wires in an external light.

Description of Work: The electrician replaced our dryer electrical outlet and the dryer cord/plug to go into that outlet. After that was done, he checked to ensure the proper voltage was coming through the outlet and waited to make sure the dryer was able to run properly. I am happy with the work performed. He was a bit late because of a backup on I-75. Thank you.

Description of Work: OFFICE ASSISTANT REFERRED ME TO A SCHEDULER AND AN APPOINTMENT WAS SET UP THE NEXT DAY. IT TOOK A WEEK AND A HALF FOR THEM TO GET TO MY JOB. THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND WERE VERY CURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. MAKEING SURE ALL WORK WAS DONE AS I WANTED IT. TWO EXTRA JOBS WERE DONE WITHOUT HESITATION AND CLEAN UP WAS DONE IN ALL ROOMS.

Description of Work: I had a tripped circuit breaker problem which could not be reset and knocked down electricity in part of my house. When I called Bonham Electric I appreciated getting a "live" person on the phone. They are friendly and professional. They quickly pointed to my outdoor pole light to be the possible cause of the issue. Before the appointment of the following day my son dug up the wires of the light and found a burnt out splice, so it appeared that indeed was the culprit. Drew arrived before the appointed time (which I appreciated) and very quickly confirmed what was wrong. He was polite and professional and repaired the splice properly in a short time. He explained what he was doing and why. I was very pleased with this company and would definitely use them again.
