+ -1 moreI called J&J Hauling and the person answered the phone, "Yeah." He sounded totally uninterested and distant. Still I gave him my contact info and he said someone would call me back. I waited till late Monday and no call. I wanted to get as many estimates as possible so I called back. The person who answered was the owner I think and he answered, "Hello." I had to ask if this was J&J? He said, "Yes." I identified myself and he said, "Oh yeah, you called" also in an uninterested tone of voice. Anyway, I tried to give him the property information, but had to repeat myself several times for each piece of info. I decided that it might be best to move on and politely ended the conversation.
Description of Work: During the phone conversation, I decided that it was best not to use this company based on the response from two individuals and the quality of the calls which were quite poor.

+ -1 moreWE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THEY DID FOR US. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF THE QUESTIONS I HAD. THEY WENT WITH US TO GET THE WINDOWS WE WANTED FOR THE HOME. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL TO US.
Description of Work: WE HAD THEM INSTALL NEW WINDOWS.
