Description of Work: Jim Coyle knows the business. He priced our house just right and told us one bid was not high enough. The hose sold quickly. Mimi was excellent in answering all questions once the house sold and was extremely helpful in the process of selling our home. They are both very knowledgeable about real estate business in the Dayton, OH area. I very highly recommend them without any hesitation.

 + -1 moreI used Ann Stein a Realtor with Iron Gate. She was really nice and personable. She was very professional. I had confidence that she could list the house. We didn't end up selling it, it just wan't the optimal time to do it I thought she did a good job.

 + -1 moreMy daughter and future son-in-law asked us to sort of climb on board and be their advisors, because we have some experience, and that is how we participated with Iron Gate sort of tangentially. They were putting an offer on a house and they were working with two Iron Gate realtors, one who was the listing agent, and they got another Iron Gate realtor to be the buyer's representative. They didn't want to have the same person be both the seller's agent and the buyer's agent, so they had one of each. They chose them on their own and we only became engaged after they selected. We had a negative experience with them and I don't think we would recommend them. The seller's agent was a pretty straightforward guy, and he was okay, but the buyer's agent that they arranged for on their own was not very good. I wouldn't recommend them, at least as a buyer's agent. I didn't get involved in the pricing.
Description of Work: My wife and I have had some interaction with Iron Gate for real estate services in support of my daughter and future son-in-law who were doing some house hunting in this area.
