Description of Work: I called after the drain tube from my water softener cracked and after I realized that the Kinetico softener had not been serviced in quite a while (I was able to fix the drain tube myself, but wanted to make sure everything was running properly.) | I was able to arrange an appointment time good for me. And the service person was prompt. | I worried that I would get the hard sale to replace the softener with a newer model, (It had first been installed 34 years before.) but that did not happen. Service person carefully checked all connections, tested for hardness of water (both hot and cold) at kitchen sink and a bathroom sink. Explained what he was doing and why, at what level the water tested, and that my current softener was working properly. He moved the "salt bin" so that I have a little more space in my laundry room, and shortened and trimmed the drain tube to take up some of the slack. | He did talk with me about getting a newer model (after I asked), what I needed to consider if I decided to keep current softener, and some advantages of the newer model.

Description of Work: called to request information about water softeners and filters. Owner came out the following day with all the information I needed, and was able to do the installation the following day. We were very pleased with his demeaner and work. When we had a small issue with the placement of the unit, he came out the following day and spent plenty of time disscussing and resolving the issue to our satisfaction. We would confidently recommend this company.
