INDY DECORATIVE CONCRETE

After collecting estimates from 3 reputable contractors, we chose IDC for our new patio project. The IDC quote included 5” of concrete and rebar to strengthen the concrete and reinforce against cracking, compared to the standard 4” depth (and no rebar) from the other companies. A visit to the showroom let us see the countless integral and release combinations and compare a huge variety of stamp options to ensure we knew exactly what our new patio would look like when it was complete. Communication from Marc and Isabella was always timely, and our foremen contacted us each morning to let us know the crew was on its way. When the patio was complete, the site was cleaned and power washed and ready for living! We will definitely skip the bidding process and go directly to IDC for any future concrete projects!

Indy Decorative Concrete is a great company. We hired them to build a patio extension and fire pit with a seat wall. We could not be happier with the results. They were also excellent to work with throughout the process, great communication, and a family run business with people who clearly know their stuff. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about IDC. We actually started this project last year, and then there were some layoffs at my job, which made us a little nervous. We asked to postpone just in case, and they were so understanding. I feel like they considered us more than just a dollar amount, if that makes sense. We were able to say go this month, hoping we might get on their books before the eclipse in April, never expecting they would work us in so quick. We now have a beautiful patio instead of the 12x12 “upgraded” patio our builder poured, and we couldn’t be happier. Yes, there are cheaper places, but quality isn’t cheap. If you are on the fence about using Indy Decorative, don’t be!

Excellent service, and new patio looks great. Their work teams were prompt, courteous, and professional, and cleaned up after their work and fixed the areas of my grass yard that were slightly damaged with their front loader in removing the old patio and hauling the new concrete to my back yard.

Indy Decorative Concrete recently completed our backyard patio project and we could not be happier. We hired Indy Decorative Concrete based on the recommendations of two other neighbors who had used them and were very pleased. We met with their representative and visited their showroom to be sure of the design and colors we wanted. They were more expensive than two other patio companies, but we were very glad we hired Indy. They prepared a design exactly as we requested and their three-day installation was amazing. They have a large crew of very knowledgeable workers and they installed the wooden forms using lasers to be very precise. At the end of the third day the patio is beautiful. Amazing experience, we didn't know anything about concrete patios and the whole team educated us without talking down. They made the entire process simple and we are thankful that after 4 different contract quotes from other companies we selected them. They were the most thorough with measurements and potential costs for the project after all was said and done we paid less with them than we would have with another contractor. They came with a crew of 6-7 each day and they worked the entire time and cleaned up better than it was when they arrived each night too. Great staff and very courteous! Can't recommend them enough!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. After getting 4 quotes we decided to go with Indy Decorative as they were the only ones that offered a 3 year warranty. That being said the entire experience was amazing. From Chris our salesman that spent a lot of time with me discussing options. He explained how they go above & beyond as he justified the price with value and level of service provided. Audrey who assisted with color choices in the showroom and assisting with my HOA approval process. As well as all of the crew managers like Todd who went out of his way to make sure the gas line for our grill was installed correctly, and Christian that supervised the end results including the clean up. The crew that poured the cement even sealed up my screen room with plastic so it was kept clean and moved my furniture into the garage so it wouldn’t be damaged when I wasn’t home. In the end my yard was seeded where it had been dug up, my driveway was washed and everything looked amazing. Couldn’t have asked for a better job and my patio is beautiful.
