Quoted york furnace-installed coleman-explanation was they are made by same manufacturer) then why quote york? Could not give exact install date-less than professionals showed up to install and then had to had them come back to fix venting problem. Malfunction with new thermostat-(again promised but not conveyed to contractor had to tell them it was promised) . numerous phone calls to get this fixed then they show up unannounced. promised to clean duct work-still waiting. pulled permit for furnace but never delivered.Gave up after too many phone calls to John. be aware when you sign up for no interest loan-Imperial gets paid regardless if they complete the work! terrible communication and does not deliver what was promised.
Description of Work: Installed new furnace-included new thermostat. removed old furnace. Removed old gutters and installed new gutters and downspouts.

1) They failed to communicate with me. (As to when they were coming to install. I called and left no less than 4 messages to ask when they are coming to install. When I finally did get a hold of them, they said they will be there later that week. Not a whole lot of notice as I was leaving the next week on a trip. Never did hear from the boss on the extra cost of parts and labor.) 2) Imperial failed to clean up their mess (including large pieces of broken glass, debris left from taking out the old windows and left their tools at my house over night.) 3) Imperial failed by installing a furnace that is easily mistaken as a helicopter landing on the house. (LOUD and incredibly distracting) 4) Imperial failed to keep all living creatures in the house safe. (They locked my cat in the attic while I was out of town for a few days. My cat was in the hot attic for at least 48 hours with no food, water or litter pan.) 5) Imperial failed to meet my needs as a customer. (Smooth transaction, reasonable price for the lack of concern they had toward my house, me and my cat. They failed clean finished work area, COMMUNICATION and craftsmanship.) 6) It took them the better part of 2 weeks to complete everything when I was told it would take 3 days. Because I was out of town and they needed to finish up some work, I had to tell them how to break into my house (with the hidden key) to finish up. This is when they locked my cat in the attic. Horrible experience!! If you have absolutely ZERO expectations, they will meet it. That is something they can do well.
Description of Work: I called Imperial after seeing them at a home show in Dayton last winter and talked about a new house I bought to install a new furnace and new energy efficient windows. They came and showed me what they have. It all looked good and the price looked good compared to the others I looked at. They installed 19 new windows and a new furnace in the attic for the upstairs rooms. When the workers for the furnace got there, they needed to call the boss to further get a price to me for some extra work. I waited and waited to hear from the boss. When the workers for the windows got there, they were working on multiple windows at once (not a problem, takes less time but I have an indoor only cat that could have gotten out.)
