I didn't know if there was electric in my crawl space. The guy came out to give me an estimate. Took a look in my crawl space and said, and quot;There's water down there.and quot; I thought, yes, that is why I want a sump pump but I didn't say anything. He didn't go down and look in the crawl space because the water would be over his shoes. (I'm wondering if he knows ANYTHING about sump pumps and water in crawl spaces) He just went outside and looked, told me he would send an estimate and left. The Estimate was for $1290 without electric. I felt that he didn't want the job and didn't even try. Obviously I did not call them back. And after this experience, I won't call them for anything.

Were able to localize quickly the very pipe in the far back of one crawl space. Repaired it, double checked upstairs if the hot water in the bathroom was running again, even provided a new free handle for the shower, were extremely efficient and courteous. Highly recommend !

All employees were great! Cost was comparable to other quotes. Very nice on the phone when I called and were out quickly.

The work was completed promptly and as promised with no mess. I have used Howerton to install new toilets when upgrading and have been very pleased with their work.

Toto toilets are unusual around Dayton and not all plumbers are familiar with them. Howerton agreed to install one that we purchased on the internet. There was an issue with it which they identified. Toto sent a replacement part and they came back and completed the installation.

They do the plumbing work for us. They are amazing. They come out right away. They are not far from us but they work us in if we have an emergency situation like a leak or anything like that.

WE'VE KNOWN THE COMPANY FOR YEARS. I FEEL CONFIDENT WITH HIS DECISIONS AND WORK. HE WAS NEAT ABOUT HIS WORK AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP. HE WAS EASY TO WORK WITH.

HOWERTON IS A GREAT COMPANY TO ASSOCIATE WITH. I DEFINITELY ENJOYED THE COMPANY OF THE EMPLOYEE THEY SENT. THEY WORKED VERY QUICKLY AND THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN.

THEY SHOW UP WHEN THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO. THEY ARE VERY PROMPT. WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THEM YET. I WOULDN'T CHANGE OUR SERVICES WITH THEM. THEY ARE REALLY SUPER.
