Description of Work: Purchesed a new hot tub. We were told to stay home the morning of the delivery date. When they did not show up after noon, I called my sales person. She did not anwser the phone. About 1:30PM the installers arrived ready to install the hot tub and remove my old one. The installers did a good job, but they horsed around a lot. Not very professional.
