Description of Work: The service was very inconsistent. We used Patricia Drumm as our realtor: weeks would go by without any communication, and then when I would send an email asking "what is the plan to market this house?", it would be met with setting up an open house. And, all of the open houses (all 2) were "busts". When I ask for a plan, I expect something like "We will be advertising here, we will be holding open houses on these dates, etc..."...NOTHING like that unless I prodded. Many requests were met with angry responses via email. Other questions were met with long delays due to illness, etc. (it is an office...if someone is ill, it is poor form to not have a backup ready!). But, the last straw was that, when we finally did have an offer, and were sending the paperwork back and forth, that the final paperwork I sent to Patricia was apparently "lost", and I didn't know for two weeks. No phone calls, no email...nothing. And, I'm not sure whose fault it was on this front, but before closing, my husband and I were still going to the house weekly to maintain it, and found that people were coming in to the house without our knowledge or permission, putting in place the radon abatement system (which we agreed to pay for, but were not informed of the installation), changing the heating settings to higher than we had them when we lived there (which cost us in utility bills...found the heat set on 75 degrees on one visit!), moving things around at the house. I did receive a verbal apology at closing from Patricia, but that cannot change my rating...I was organized, and she was not (from her apology). In short...the service was inconsistent, the organization very poor, and the communication ineffective to absent. And, in the real estate business, I would believe that these items would be of highest priority.

Description of Work: Unprofessional, rude, yelled at own clients and at those involved in the home closing, did not stick to contract.
