+ -1 moreDescription of Work: I did not use Home Depot's flooring sevices. I did stop by and set up a time for someone to come by and measure a room where I intend to have laminate flooring installed soon. He did come to the house and measured, sent the information to the person who calls with an estimate. They also email an estimate, breaking the price down by line item. I was amazed by a few of the charges, such as carrying the laminate boxes in from the truck (on top of a $69 delivery fee). I had 2 other estimates. Both were considerably less than Home Depot and included moving everything out of the room. None of the other estimates cost anything. Home Depot was $35, which they would deduct from your bill if you ended up using them. I didn't, so lost the $35. I would go back to Home Depot for other purchases, but I would still comparison shop.

Description of Work: We have used Home Depot many times before. We bought a new refrigerator from them about two years ago. We also got a new dish washer from them this year. My last interaction with them was in April of this year.

+ -1 moreHave purchase our refrigerator and later a new dish washer. The older gentleman who works there helped us both times. He remembered my father who passed away and was very helpful in helping my mother and myself to purchase the dishwasher. The only problem with the store is they need more help in locating items. But the appliance kitchen section was very helpful so we always for back. Other store were terrible like Sears, and Bets buy when it came to getting our refrigerator. Home Depot came through with flying colors and very helpful with delivery

+ -1 moreWe did not really get any help from anybody. It was a really generic experience. I usually prefer to go elsewhere because I do not find the employees to be knowledgeable. The only reason we went was for the price. Home Depot was having a deal on this particular line.
Description of Work: We bought our stove here. It is stainless steel, glass top and it is a GE. It regulates the heat for you. I have a non self cleaning oven.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE HERE AND GONE AGAIN IN ABOUT FIFTEEN MINUTES. I THOUGHT THE QUALITY WAS EXCELLENT AND I WAS AMAZED AT HOW QUICKLY THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. THEY DID IT RIGHT, TOO.
Description of Work: THE RIPPED UP THE OLD CARPET AND INSTALLED NEW IN ONE SMALL ROOM.

+ -1 moreTHEY DID GOOD WOODWORK AROUND THE DOOR. MY ONE COMPLAINT IS THEY DIDN'T REALLY COMPLETE THE JOB. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE PUT ON A DEADBOLT LOCK AND ANOTHER LOCK. I FOUND THE ONE IN THE TRASH. HOWEVER, THE DOOR FUNCTIONS FINE.

+ 1 moreTHEY WERE FRIENDLY, POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. THEY DID A GREAT JOB PUTTING THE TILE DOWN. THEY CLEANED ALL THE EXCESS GLUE OFF THE FLOOR AND LEFT EVERYTHING SPOTLESS. I WAS PLEASED.
