+ -1 moreSean cleaned our carpet in two trips, one to clean the carpet in the family room, down a hallway and in the back bedroom and a second one a week later to clean the carpet in the living room and dining room. In both cases he arrived as promised, did a thorough, careful job and left the carpet looking great. Since the hallway was particularly dirty, he did it twice, once the first week and again, for free, the next week when he did the living room/dining room. It is now stain free again, for the first time in years. I couldn't be happier with his work and will definitely call him again.
