I highly recommend Henley Home Services for your interior painting needs. This past week they painted my living room and hallway. The finished work looks excellent! They were very professional from our initial meeting to the timely wrap-up of this job. I definitely noticed an attention to detail with my now freshly painted walls, trim, bookshelf and interior doors. This dynamic team was conscientious with prep and clean-up as well. Thank you Greg and Debbie for your beautiful work!

They transformed our home in a fantastic color scheme and were very meticulous and flexible in scheduling. We highly recommend Greg and Debbie . . . they receive our vote for number one contractor in the Dayton area!!! They are now our go-to team for home improvement projects.

They did an excellent job. We kept adding more and more rooms to the overall job and they didn't bat an eye. Finished early and were courteous and knowledgeable. We really couldn't be happier with their work and won't use anyone else in the future.

I am truly impressed with Henley Home services and will definitely use them again! We communicated through Angie's List and email, their responses were prompt and very friendly. Greg came out for an estimate soon after our first communication and did the work a week later. He was extremely professional, kind and knowledgable. I felt comfortable having him in the house (which I normally do not with tradesmen). Our bill at the end was exactly the number quoted and we felt that the price was extremely fair. The work that he did on the house looks fantastic, overall a total slam dunk!

I am VERY PICKY and they did an awesome job, showed up on time. left on time, and finished expeditiously. Would DEFINITELY recommend them AND use them again!!

Greg and Debbie are amazing. First, they were very prompt in responding to my first email inquiring about their services. Second, they set up an on-site estimate very quickly and arrived as scheduled. They provided a written estimate in a short time frame and a date they would be able to begin the work. As the date approached, I would have not been surprised at all if they had moved out our start date since we had crazy winter storms and I thought they would be behind schedule but not the case...they arrived as originally planned. The wallpaper in our daughter's bedroom was horrible to remove and there was a lot of wall damage. Greg did an amazing job repairing, patching, sanding, and priming the walls. My daughter was leaning towards a bubble gum pink and Greg had the brilliant idea of tinting the primer a similar pink so we could more easily visualize the room. This really helped my daughter decide to go with a much lighter shade of pink! The room turned out beautiful! I am so glad we did not attempt this ourselves since I am sure we would not have been able to restore the walls to the condition Greg did. We will definitely have Greg and Debbie back for our next home improvement project.

They did an outstanding job on our basement. After we contacted them, they came out promptly and provided a thorough quotation detailing everything to be done and the associated cost. Upon our acceptance of their offer, they scheduled the work and communicated the exact dates that the work would be performed. They arrived every day on-time as scheduled and actually completed the job slightly ahead of schedule. They were exceptionally neat and clean and we had no issues. The quality of their work was outstanding. We have had countless compliments on our basement from friends and families. Several people have asked for the Henley's contact information as they want to utilize them for their projects. Needless to say, our experience with Debbie & Greg was extremely positive and we will be using them in the future!

Received bids from 4 companies. Henley came in as the low cost bidder, was professional in the process of bidding, explained clearly what would be done, where issues might arise, and the time frame in which they could do the work. They were *significantly* cheaper than 2 of the 4 bids. We accepted Henley's bid and were extremely pleased with the results. Henley responded to our needs quickly, working our job in to meet our desired quick turn around. They removed old wallpaper, repaired walls where needed, and painted interior walls; their work was neat and clean. Would use them again without hesitation.

Henley Home Services did and excellent job prepping and painting our walls. The prepping of our walls took a bit more effort than planned due to some unexpected drywall damage done by a different contractor but Greg and Deb were able to repair the drywall and complete the job right on schedule. I was amazed at how well dressed both Greg and Deb were each day they arrived and never left with a drop of paint on them. I usually look like a kindergartener with paint on my clothes, hair, skin when I paint. Not sure how they do it but they are true professionals! I felt comfortable having them in our home and didn't feel like I had to watch over their shoulder as they did their work. I would definitely recommend them for their professionalism, their reasonable price and their ability to complete the job as scheduled.

It went very well. Greg was here right on time. He was able to figure out any problems encountered as often happens with an older home. Greg took extra care in seeing that everything was securely mounted and safe for us to use. Looked great when done. Very affordable and I'm pleased.

Bad experience. He made an appointment to come out on 10/21/14, and even arrived a few minutes early. He was very pleasant and professional, BUT I was never provided with a quote! He told me he'd have his wife email it to me within 2-3 days. I heard nothing, so I called and left a message the following week. Today is 11/4/2014 and I have yet to receive a quote. (He has my phone number, so he could have even called.) Needless to day, I hired someone else, and will never bother calling Henley again.

We were very happy with the professionalism, service, speed, quality, and communications with the Henley's. We liked them and their work so well, that they've already estimated painting our primary residence, and we're sure to use them again. Highly recommended!!

I just got back from a deployment and had to PCS to another state. We needed to rent our home, but our house needed a good paint job and fast. The Henley's were able to fit our house into their schedule and they even did some work over night. They are incredible. I highly recommend them.

Henley responded very promptly even though it was on a Holiday weekend. Circumstances on my end changed and I wiil not be hiring anybody now. Even though I am not using them I was impressed by how quickly they responded. If in the future I need painting services performed I will definitely consider Henley.

We were provided with an estimate quickly and they were able to start at a time that worked for our family. They were very professional and detail oriented. Everything looked wonderful. We couldn't have asked for more!

My renter had moved out on June 1, and I needed a quick paint job so it could go up for sale. I'm 500 miles from Dayton now, so I had to do this all by phone, and I had the carpet cleaner, window cleaner, cleaning service and painter all lined up for immediate estimates. The painter gave me a good estimate and said he could do it that week, but then he never answered his phone when I'd call to schedule him! Greg and Debbie literally came to my rescue with a quick (and much better) estimate and came on a Saturday to help me out. We had a glitch when the fresh can of paint wouldn't match the wall color, but they stuck with it and even did A LOT of additional work within days---even dusted my light fixtures, and a few other odds and ends. The realtor says the place is "sparkling!" I'm still waiting to hear back from the other guy, and counting my blessings for having found Debbie and Greg here on Angies List!

went very well. dealing with Greg and his wife Debbie are a real pleasure. Greg does top quality work at very affordable prices. Because of that, you may have to wait a bit to get him but his service is worth the wait! I highly recommend Henley Home services.

Worked as a husband and wife team and did a good job. The were prompt, kept the mess to a minimum and completed on time.

They were great on everything. They are an upper end service and we feel that it was worth it. They were more than the competition. We had them come out a couple of times. Their work was phenomenal. They were professional. Overall, we were very happy with them. I would use them again.

The recommended fix worked perfectly and was a fraction of the cost I would have had to pay. The integrity and professionalism displayed have locked him in for any future projects I may need. He could have kept his mouth shut, provided me a quote, done the work, and cashed the check. By using his recommendation and instructions, I was able to save myself the labor cost of the repair.

Great experience all around

It went very well. One quote was $160, one was $240 and one was $125. They are pretty busy.

They showed up every morning as they said, worked non stop all day. Very clean and nice felt very comfortable with them in my home. They found spots on ceiling from previous painters touched them up. Plan on having them back in the spring to do some outside painting.
