They are the best in town,I had a wedding dress done recently for a daughter-in-law. It had been stored in a garment bag for 5 years and had never been cleaned. The wedding was in cincinnati and the wedding party photos were taken on the streets of downtown cincinnati, the dress was covered in black sout. The dress was spotless. In 40 years of service from them I have never been disappointed.They are not cheap but I have used other cleaners over the years and was never satisfied with the service.

We have been using this company up to forty years now. I have never had a problem with this company at all. They are very courteous when I go there.

We traveled from Cincinnati to Honolulu for our daughter's destination wedding. My job is getting the very silk wedding dress to the island. I found Heider Cleaners on the internet when searching for destination weddings. He very competently packed the gown. If need be, I already had found someone to do pressing in Hawaii. Two days in the box and nine hours in flight, we opened the box and the gown unfolded like an accordian with lots and lots of tissue paper in every fold. Not a wrinkle. I highly recommend him. I originally contacted him in June and when calling him again in September, he had taken notes from our earlier conversation and was very prepared to do the job. The job was done promptly and perfectly. My highest kudos.
