I was very pleased with all aspects of Heeter Plumbing. They were very efficient and professional. They replaced my outside faucet, which hadn't been usable for several years after freezing one winter, and installed the water heater both in one day. Unfortunately after trying a couple of different things, the tub faucet which had just a trickle of water coming from it, was was unable to be fixed the first trip. Another company tried to fix the same problem earlier in the year, but I ended up experiencing the problem again and worse. After getting a separate estimate for the problem job, another time was set to complete the work. Upon arrival, they tried several things again to see if they would work before actually going through with the most expensive solution. They had to cut an access panel through a bedroom wall to get to the pipes to replace them. They did a great job with clean up. The estimate price was right on target. After they were finished, water filled the tub faster than it ever has in the 21 years I've lived in the house. After several months later, it's continuing to work just as well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!

Perfect. The technician was very thorough, friendly, and didn't mind my 100 questions. He definitely knew his job. In fact, from the scheduler on the phone, to the estimator on site, to the technician doing the job, my entire experience with this company was refreshing. All made me feel like I was their most important customer.

He was excellent. He was on time, and cleaned up behind himself. He was just really good. I had called around, and he was the cheapest that I can get. This was my first time using this company, and would recommend them!

I am very pleased with the work they have done during the last 2 months to repair a leaking gas pipe in my furnace room, to upgrade and reroute pipes in preparation for the installation of a soon to be installed water softener, to repair leaks, & replace old pipes. I would highly recommend this company.

Prompt service; replaced outdoor faucet which was not sealed properly causing water to leak inside walls. Fixed leaky kitchen faucet and pointed out faucet was loose, then tightened it. We have had Heeter out several times before and found them to be prompt, courteous, and priced right. Several years ago they replaced a garbage disposal for us. We would certainly recommend them.

These guys are professionals. Heeter was prompt when called and arrived when promised. Work was completed without a mess and any damage to the bathroom. Drop cloths were laid to protect the floors and they cleaned up as they performed the work. When there was a plumbing question they contacted other Heeter employees to get the answer. I was impressed by the quality of their work, employees, and value. I would recommend Heeter Plumbing to anyone! I will use them again!

We recently had a sewage backup in our basement and we called a large chain plumbing company to come and clear the backup. The large chain company cleared the clog, but they told us we needed to have our entire line replaced because of tree roots that they said would continue to clog the drain even after they cleared it. Moreover, they said there were still tree roots that they could not clear out, that would cause another clog very soon if we didn't go through with the replacement. They indeed showed us the roots with a camera that they ran through the line. They wanted to charge us $11,000 dollars for the repair. So on the recommendation of a friend, I called Heeter Plumbing to come out and give us a second opinion. The professional technician from Heeter Plumbing ran his auger machine through the pipe, and then ran his camera through the pipe. I was amazed to see that the pipe was now completely clean. The technician from Heeter Plumbing told me the drain did NOT need to be replaced. Although he honestly told me he didn't know exactly how long it would take for the roots to grow back, he very helpfully suggested that a fine course of action would be to just have the pipe cleaned occasionally instead of replacing the whole pipe. I was extremely relieved and thankful for his helpfulness and honesty, and I completely trusted his assessment of the situation. I highly recommend Heeter Plumbing.
