Description of Work: Came when he said he would be here. Gave me a price on the repair. Sent a repairman to do the work, no problem. Didn't put down spout on building when repair was done. Called, he said he had a piece and would be over. Never came. Did it myself. I would use this company again but would not pay until all work is done.

Description of Work: Harville Home Improvement installed vinyl soffits. They came out to determine what our current soffit problem was by viewing the situation. Mr. Harville returned later that same day with a plan to replace our soffits by installing vinyl soffits that are completely vented that also matched the soffits on our remodeled sunroom. His estimate was reasonable and the start-finish dates were within our timeframe. His crew started on a Monday and were finished by Thursday afternoon. They were always professional and courteous during my coming and goings. We are very pleased with the work performed and our new soffits!

+ 1 moreHe was good, but his pricing was high. I did not actually call him back. He was very pleasant. He was responsive to my questions. He showed up on time. His professionalism was okay because he handled one item really well and the other one not well at all. I probably would not call him again mainly because of the cost. It's just way too high.

+ 0 moreWeather and unseen termite damage not withstanding, the job was completed as promised and on budget. Our house looks wonderful.
Description of Work: We had siding installed on our then 55 yr old house that until that time had untold layers of cracking and chipping paint. Tom came out to the house and met with us to give an estimate. While the estimate was a littler higher than the others we had received, we felt that Tom would give us a better end result for the money - we were right. Highly recommended.
