+ -1 moreHandy is a referral service. They charged me (upfront) $38/hr for 5 hours. The person never showed. It was very difficult to contact Handy- it took me hours to reach an actual human. The second person they sent was great- HOWEVER- they paid her $15/hr and she provided her own products & insurance, etc. plus travel and she had to pay to be a "member." Handy took advantage of her and overall I feel scammed- they never followed up expect for from people who work in India on a call center line. I feel this company takes advantage of poor and vulnerable workers.

+ -1 moreThe cleaning person cleaned everything except the inside of the bathroom sink cabinet and 2 drawers and the baseboard in the bathroom, I didn't notice till after she left that she didn't do this cleaning. Overall she did a good job.

+ -1 moreWhen the cleaning person arrived, she told us that she was only supposed to do a regular house cleaning - not a complete move out, deep cleaning. She did have a fellow with her and she said she would do the best they could do. I specifically said when I contracted for these services the number of rooms involved and that it was a "move out" cleaning and was told that it would take six hours. I am, however, very happy with the work that was done, so all came out okay in the long run.
