Description of Work: Complete bathroom remodel. Originally sent contractor request through web site approximately six weeks prior to calling again. Appointment was set up for the following week. After appointment, contractor said I would receive an estimate the following week. One week went by, then two. I called again. Said would get it the next week. Another two weeks went by. I contacted again and was told the next week. That was four weeks prior to writing this review. I have still not heard anything. While the contractor was here for the quote, he was very professional and courteous. He was very responsive to my questions and gave great ideas for the job. I was very disappointed because I had heard that the contractor does excellent work. The unresponsiveness definitely has definitely outweighed any of the positive I have heard.

+ -1 moreIt was an insurance job and it was a wonderful experience. The owner was extremely thorough when he came out to give the estimate. He tested everything for water damage, which was our problem. He brought a meter and he checked and found water where I did not know that I had it. The other company I had come out did not do that and would have missed a key spot where I had water in the wall. He was very clean when putting up the drywall and used plastic sheeting so that it wasn't all over the house. This company had excellent quality of workmanship and always made sure that I was happy with what was going on. I upgraded and got some new countertops and he worked with the countertop supplier to work through an issue that I did not even have to deal with. The work was excellent and I am very happy with what they did for us. It was a horrible situation and the owner made it easy. I had water in my ceiling and he even got me in touch with the right people to dry out my ceiling. He waived my insurance deductible which made it feasible for us to get the new countertops. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used GSI Contractors to repair and remodel my kitchen.

+ 0 moreShannon, his crew and GSI were knowledgable and professional. They co-ordinate well with the dry out company and started demolition as soon as the dry out equipment was out of the house. The job was done well and quickly.
Description of Work: GSI did a great job removing my water damaged wood floors, replacing them and repairing the damage done by the company that did the dry out. They used plastic sheeting to prevent construction dust from getting into the rest of my house and left everything neat and clean when they finished.

+ -1 moreGSI sealed off the family room and kitchen so well that there was no demolition or construction dust in the rest of the house. They did a perfect job laying the new floor and replacing base board in the kitchen and laundry room which have ceramic tile floors.
