Grimebusters had done a great job of putting in Gutter covers for me a few years ago. When I was looking for a company to clean and stain my deck last year, their name came up on the search. Since they had done such a great job for me in the past, I contacted them. I spoke to Joe and emailed him a few pictures of the deck. He gave me some good advice for what I could do based on the condition of my deck. Some things came up last year and I was unable to schedule the work, but was determined to get it done this year. I contacted Joe again and he remembered me. He came out and did a free estimate for me and looked at the whole house. He noticed a lot of debris on top of the gutter covers and the mold on the rear and side of the house, and did a more thorough evaluation of my deck. He left an estimate for me with figures for the house washing, gutter debris cleaning, and deck work along with a color palette to browse so I could choose the color I wanted. He just told me to call him when I was ready to move forward. There was absolutely "no pressure" from this gentleman about hurrying to do the work or haggling for prices. A few days later, I called back to schedule my work. On the date of the service, two guys showed up ready to work. They told me how they were going to proceed and then told me to make sure all my windows and doors were closed so I wouldn't be exposed to the chemicals they were cleaning with. They covered the patio door leading to the deck very securely. They went up on the roof to clean the gutter debris and while they were up there, cleaned off the entire roof itself--making sure that debris didn't filter into my gutters once they were cleaned. They then moved onto power washing the back of the house first, then moved to power washing and cleaning the deck. My backyard is mostly covered by the woods, so there was a lot of debris in the crevices of my deck floor. They scrubbed and cleaned that beautifully. They then moved onto power washing the side of the house. When they finished that, they came back to the deck and started using a blower to help dry it quicker. They left for a bit for a lunch break and to give the deck time to dry. When they came back, they started to paint the deck. They used a sprayer to do it. Once they finished, they came to get me so I could look over everything and to make sure I was pleased with their work. They left the cover on the deck in place while the deck dried, and offered to come back to remove it the next day. I told them I could handle that part myself. They also left me with a half a can of paint for the deck they didn't use so I'd have some if I ever needed to touch up something or know what the name of the color I picked in case I lost the name. They were very professional and friendly and went about their work with literally no disturbance to me as I was working from home that day. Again I would recommend this company's work to anyone needing deck work. A couple of my neighbors inquired about them while they were doing my work and I believe they'll be back on my block working on those decks as well.

Jarred was prompt and courteous. He started off asking what I was particularly concerned about and walked around the house with me, looking, listening and offering expertise. I had signed up for the special he was running -- $99 for 3 hours of power-washing. He worked so hard and did such a great job that I paid him extra.
