Because of Greg, I bought a great piece of investment property for 20% below the asking price, seller pays for closing costs, and I also got a 20K addendum at closing along with so much more that would take too long to mention. I loved how comfortable Greg and Jen made us feel during the whole process. They were not pushy at all during the transaction. It's great to know that Greg Kerr was there every step of the way with constant information and communication. He not only met all of our needs, he exceeded them far beyond what we would have ever dreamed. I trust Greg Kerr and his wife Jenn. We will use them many more times and will refer them to everyone we run into. You should call them if you are planning on buying or selling Real Estate.
Description of Work: Greg and Jen Kerr were my realtors on a 24 unit apartment building I bought. We had a very difficult request to purchase some property in the $400,000 plus range. We had very specific tastes and demands. Greg Kerr and his wife Jenn were very patient. They listened to what we needed and wanted. We have worked with Realtors in the past, but never worked with ones that gave us the personal attention like Greg and Jenn Kerr did. When we interviewed realtors, they all sound the same, but Greg and Jenn clearly over perform!
