Greg and Jen Kerr were phenomenal during the whole negotiating process. Because of Greg, I bought a great piece of investment property for 20% below the asking price, seller pays for closing costs, and I also got a 20K addendum at closing along with so much more that would take too long to mention. I loved how comfortable Greg and Jen made us feel during the whole process. They were not pushy at all during the transaction. It's great to know that Greg Kerr was there every step of the way with constant information and communication. He not only met all of our needs, he exceeded them far beyond what we would have ever dreamed. I trust Greg Kerr and his wife Jenn. We will use them many more times and will refer them to everyone we run into. You should call them if you are planning on buying or selling Real Estate.
