Description of Work: This was a two person team so we had to split between the two to observe. The biggest problem however was the actual final report was completely wrong! They copied and pasted over another report and much of the information in this report was for ANOTHER house! Wouldn't recommend them!

+ -1 moreThe inspector showed up and started inspecting the roof and the outside of the home. We were with him through the rest of the inspection. He sent the report the next day. An overall great and helpful experience.
Description of Work: We hired Greater Dayton Home Inspections for our whole house inspection prior to buying our new home in March. This was only our 2nd experience with a home inspection but we learned a lot this time being present for the inspection. Our inspector was very knowledgeable. They did a wonderful job letting us know what we needed to focus on before closing.
