Description of Work: Assess source of lean and damage caused from rain leaning through the roof. Provided clear explanation repairs required, scheduled and performed work exactly as explained. Excellent results, including coordination with insurer.

Description of Work: Very poor quality work. Most work had to be repeated 2 or 3 times and took numerous phone calls for remediation. A water leak they caused became evident about 9 months after final payment and resulted in about 40sqft of underlayment rotting. I asked for an extension of the warranty and they quit responding. They also have a very high office turnover rate so you rarely talk to the same person twice. I took pictures of everything. I put N/A on price because they charged exactly what the insurance adjuster estimated.

Description of Work: In 2005, We had our upstairs bathroom, main floor bathroom, and kitchen remodeled by Greater Dayton. They had to redo the kitchen lighting because they put the canned lighting where the cabinets were to be installed. The electrician they contracted with was terrible. We had a gas stove installed and they removed all electrical outlets. When I asked them if the clock on the stove operated on gas they gave me a goofy look and then installed an electrical outlet. They had to reinstall the drywall in the main floor bathroom because the tile was not flush. The painters painted the latches on the Pella windows and had to return to paint areas on the kitchen walls they missed. Greater Dayton was more concerned with upgrades so they could get the additional 15% rather that properly designing and accomplishing the project. This project took approximately 9 months to complete because of sub contractor scheduling conflicts. We had numerous other problems that we had to have them come back and correct. You would be better off hiring the "3 Stooges" rather than hiring Greater Dayton. If you want a quality job, please go elsewhere.

Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED A LARGE PORTION OF OUR HOME AFTER A HOUSE FIRE. THEY PUT NEW SIDING, SOFFITS, AND GUTTERS. THEY REPLACED HALF OF THE ROOF. THEY REPLACED ALL OF THE CEILINGS AND FLOORING. THEY REPLACED SOME WALLS, PLUMBING AND WIRING. THEY PAINTED.
