+ -1 moreI spoke with the General Manager, Tony. He told me initially it would probably be a 3-day job on 7/14/14. When it took longer, we just accepted it. I called on 7/19/14 when the work wasn’t done to see what was going on. Tony yelled and screamed at me and told me I had a nasty attitude and hung up on me. I called him back to get it straightened out but he wouldn't listen to me. He called Monday and he screamed at me again saying that he just wanted to get us our bill and get out and never work for us again and he hung up on me again. He was very nasty to me and my husband, he lied to us and treated his workers terribly. The workers themselves were polite, nice and did their work. But Tony treated us and his workers horribly.
Description of Work: They were hired to do waterproofing and repair our basement walls. They fixed up and painted two rooms and part of another.

+ -1 moreWE WERE BASICALLY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. WE NEEDED TO CALL THEM BACK TWICE TO FIX SOME ERRORS, THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE TO THE CALL AND CAME AS QUICKLY AS THEY COULD TO FIX THE PROBLEM.
Description of Work: THEY REMOVED THE OLD ROOF AND REPLACED WITH NEW SHINGLES.
