FRED'S COMPUTERS

I contacted provider regarding basic in home clean up/computer maint. and they did not return my call or email. Poor customer service.

I called him in the evening and he said he would make some time to come out. He came over and spent three hours at my dining room table trying to fix my computer. He took it with him to do some testing and will get it back to me within the week. He brought it back a week later and only charged me $50 more from my first charge. My computer works great now. He was a very nice man.

Fred came to my house the day after I called him. He was running late but he called to let me know and he got to my house with in a reasonable amount of time. He worked on my computer for about one and a half hours. My computer now works just fine. I was very happy not to have to disconnect all the wires and lug my computer to a computer repair store.

Fred came and took a look at the computer. He explained what it would take to fix it and gave me a time estimate. The work was completed successfully, promptly and for a lot less money then I would have paid at some electronics establishments.

They have done a good job for us. Fred resolved our problems and took care of it. He did what we asked him to do and he took care of what we needed. He was out either the same day or the next day. He was very rapid and took his time and got it handled. Hooking up the laptop to the wireless internet wasn’t as simple as we thought it was going to be. We tried to do it ourselves and fix it, but we couldn’t. We spent about $80 for that and he is pretty reasonable. He was really prompt about coming out and taking care of the problem. So, we didn’t have to wait for a long time and I liked that a lot. I think he runs the business by himself. He is just the kind of guy you would want to work on your computer. He gets the work done. We would use his services in the future too.

Overall it was great, He removed some programs that were slowing my computer down immensely after he connected it. He spent a great deal of time making sure that there were no viruses or old programs still remaining.....very patient. Then added some memory for me. My computer hasn't worked this good or fast for quite a while.

Fred is very knowlegeable. Did not spend too much time on diagnotics. Immediately went on to fix the problem. Beyond just fixing my WIFI, he proceeded to clean up my computer. I would recommend Fred to others, and definitely use him again.
