It went pretty well once I got my car over there. They are really good. Their price is pretty decent. I'd give them all "A's" and I'd use them again.

Foreign Exchange Co. has been exceptional in the service department. He always calls back and lets me know what's going on. He gives me a briefing close upfront what I'm looking at. I have no complaints with them. I'll continue to return my Rolls to them in any further work it needs. I would give them excellent in every category.

I dropped my car off to have the paint on the hood and passenger side doors and fenders redone. I shopped around and found that their body shop seemed to know what they were doing. I told them I didn't care as much about the cost as I did getting it right. You know how you see a car in the sunlight and you can immediately tell that a door has been painted. When I returned from a two week trip overseas, I picked up my car, and it looked perfect. After almost 6 months now, I think it did indeed turn out perfect. After they had stripped it, they found a tiny area that had been previously repaired that they said would show up if they didn't do a better job of it before painting it, so I was very pleased with their follow-up! It looks show quality now! I would definitely go back to them for any additional work.

I have purchased vehicles from this dealer, and taken cars in for repairs. The most recent repair, on a car purchased from Foreign Exchange, did not fix the problem. They did NOT offer a free tow, or any kind of discount on inspecting the car to find the problem. There was a lot of 'CYA' involved in the conversation. Now I have a car that STILL won't turn on, and I'm out about 300 bucks, as well as the thousands I have spent here over the years. I was told a tow truck is 'pretty expensive to operate'.

They offered to paint it at half price, but we felt they should paid full price for it. It was a bad job.
