I called them to cut down a branch of a tree that was on the house. The guy came out and cut the branch. Since I had to pay him just to show up, I had him trim some more of the tree and also one in the back yard. He only charged me a little more. I was quite concerned though about his safety. I didn't think flipflops and no eye protection was a good thing with branchs falling out of a tree he was cutting.

My experience with Donnie and his team was fine. At this point, I would rate them three stars (average) and have no doubt that the rating will increase to four stars (above average) once he comes back to my home on 11 August 2010 to perform a variety of touch-ups and final finishing on the project and begin a new one. 1. Donnie exhibited excellent customer service. 2. Quality/Workmanship: The patio and sidewalk is excellent. The steps and landing needed more design. Donnie will be back to pop out some pavers and replace them with a design. I was impressed at his initiative. 3. I have signed a second contract for 8/11/2010

Job was not complete to my expectations/satisfaction. Had to come back on two additional occassions to complete. Lacked integrity and was unprofessional.

Very professional and quick to get the work completed. They went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work (I was).

They were contracted to enclose my backyard with a Kentucky Split Rail fence and did a great job and it only took them 2 days! I was very pleased with the speed of the construction and their professionalism.

I was very impressed with Donnie Powell and his team at Finer Lawn. Donnie was extremely responsive in returning my phone call, coming out and providing his expert thoughts and suggestions, returning an estimate in a timely manner and starting on the job quickly. The quality of the job was top notch, from the 7 large pines to the custom paver walkway. I would recommend Finer Lawn to anyone.

We closed on our house on a Thursday. Donnie and his crew began work on the fence the next morning. The job was completed in record time and the fence is beautiful. We've met several of our new neighbors now and they all coment on the fence. Finer Lawn and Landscaping should be getting a few new Springboro customers!
