I was disappointed in miscommunication on pricing of my project. I did not get clear idea of full cost and had some additional charges added. The actual work was great considering I had a jungle to get cleared out of my yard. Before I schedule additional work, I will make sure that costs are clearly communicated prior to service.

I highly recommend Finer Lawn & Landscaping. Excellent communication from beginning to end of project. Everyone was very professional and very polite. Several neighbors are now interested in using them after seeing the quality of the work they did. Will now only use them for future projects.

I was originally nervous about hiring them because of weaker BBB reviews. Those reviews could not be more wrong. Donnie really knew his stuff, did an excellent job in a short time, and had a great attitude the whole time. Hire these guys!

Donnie was very prompt and honest. returned phone calls and checked on each project. his workers were hard working men and very polite. clean up was great. I would hire this company in the future. they did trees new concrete driveway and new shingles. very happy with everything.

Donnie was upfront about the entire project and looked for ways to reduce fees on the stump removal project. All phone calls were returned the same day. Onsite, the team was very nice and made quick work of the job. They confirmed the project specs before starting and did a great job cleaning up.

The work was done on the day promised and the finished product looked very good. Although we haven't had much rain since they installed the drainage pipe, it seems to be working. They left the yard in good shape and the re-seeding of the trenched areas is catching on very well.

Overall, I was a little disappointed. For the fence I went with I was told the cost would be $9/ft. and would cover everything, but the final cost reflected just over $12/ft., which is a very significant increase. I was also told that they had the "best warranty around" but received no paperwork outlining the details of the warranty, and didn't even receive a receipt for the work that was done. Finally, I had to finish the fence myself due to a neighbor's fence adjoining with my own and was told that enough fencing was left to finish the job, but the fencing that was left was about 7 ft. short so I had to go buy my own, adding to the cost.
