+ -1 moreProvider arrived around 10-15 minutes early which was good and they were very professional. Explained the process and equipment being used. Explained to me the condition of my carpet and what they can do to make it look better. They also referred someone to stretch my carpet. They cleaned the carpet within 1 hour with no problems. The only problem was that the carpet took longer to dry than what they told me. It really took around 6 hours rather than 2-4. However, my carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction and the overall experience was great. I will certainly use them again.

Description of Work: My mother just had her carpet cleane by Fiber Dry in November 2012. The price $80.25 was for living room, dinig room & hallway.She was delighted with the price, responsiveness (next day service), they arrived on time, moved all of the larger furniture, and did an excellent job of cleaning her carpets, and they were completely dry in a very short time. Workers were very polite and professional. My mother has used other carpet cleaners with mixed results but says, in the future, her first and preferred carpet cleaner will be Fiber Dry on Linden Avenue in Dayton. Great experience, very satisfied and impressed.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpet and 2 chairs. Some of the things that I like about Fiber Dry: cleaning solution is pet and children friendly; they move the furniture; and workers are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. And, the carpets dry within two hours after being cleaned. I would give this company and A+ rating.

+ -1 moreThey quality was not so high. It stilled smelled like pets and you could still see the pet hair in the house. I would not recommend them or use them again. The cleaning didn't seem to take care of the pet hair and stuff.
Description of Work: We did use Fiber Dry Carpet & Upholstery. They were out to clean our carpets in September. We had them clean the carpets in the house before we moved in. We have about a 22,000 square foot house and about 80% is carpeted. The house was not furnished at the time so they did give us a discount for that.

+ -1 moreThese guys were great, they were referred to me so when I mentioned it and whom referred me they gave me a small discount! After having the flu in our house we had to reschedule twice (both last minute) and they were very good about that. When they showed up they performed the services quickly and efficiently. I thought they did a really good job and will use them again in the future.
