Ferguson Counter

I had to find a cast iron tub that could be delivered with in a week. The tub that I wanted could be delivered by Lowe's in 2 weeks. I started calling places in the yellow pages and ran across Ferguson. I did not realize that this is a huge national plumbing supply company. I spoke with Trenton Nalls, a sales representative. He was able to deliver the tub with in two days. When the tub was scratched, he delivered another one the next business day (Monday). Mr. Nalls was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I then ordered all the other fixtures I needed through them and even if there was a problem it was resolved quickly. I felt their prices were better than most internet sites as well as comparable to Lowe's or Home Depot. However, you can probably access a brand's higher quality line through Ferguson and have it delivered more quickly than Lowe's or Home Depot. The have a plumbing show room in West Chester, however, I was not able to visit it.
