Not well. Totally unresponsive. Sales rep required both me and wife be home for estimate. Arrive on time and spent almost three hours climbing on roof and going into attic along with prolonged talk about company and quality of product. Presented a very hard sales pitch and when price quoted was out of the ball park, proposed installing ridge vent and additional insulation to slow aging of roof. Rep said we had 6" of insulation in attic and proposed an additional six inches. Rep said where roof decking was attached to roof joists, white mold was showing. Showed us pictures from his phone after scrolling through several screens. We agreed to vent and additional insulation and provided $60 deposit. Told we would hear from company in 7-10 days to schedule exact measurements and job . In two weeks, never heard. Contacted company office and told no record could be found. Manager asked for sales rep name and said would get back to me later that day. Never heard from them again. Checked attic and found insulation at 12-14." Did not see any white mold in areas where sales rep said he photographed it.
