They were great all around. They were very friendly & did great work.

Juan is extremely nice as was the entire team. They worked very hard and I would defintely use them again.

This was the second time we have had them come out. Both times they were very polite and did a thorough cleaning. We live out in the boondocks about an hour away from their location, plus we are basically doing the cleaning on a quarterly basis, so they told us up front that each cleaning would need to be $150, due to both the driving distance and infrequency. We completely understand and consider this a great deal considering the quality of work they do compared to other services we have used and paid more for.

We are working on the scheduling problem they have. I was left sitting in my home twice now with no phone call or anything. When I called the owner, he said he made a mistake. They were supposed to come every four weeks - same time, same day of the week. First time and third time, they didn't show up, and I had to reschedule. If this was any other business than housecleaning, I would be done. I am very much in need of help because of my overall health. When they do come, they are wonderful. I think they have many clients and there is a language barrier. I am going to try out a few more times and if it continues to happen, won't have any choice but to find someone else as it is very frustrating to work everything around them and just be left sitting and then have to reschedule your week. But in all honesty, I contacted three highly rated (according to Angie's List) companies. Emily's was the only one who returned the e-mail that was sent from Angie's List direct. So, obviously, housecleaning is a high demand business - which is why I am willing to work with this very nice family. But again, they do good work and are very nice. But he now has many clients, so I really can't recommend them yet based on being stood up and knowing they might be 'too' busy? I'll change this review if it works out. Today, we sat down and I had to make sure I was on his calendar, so we'll see I guess. I am really in need of this kind of help.

Prompt, courteous and professional estimate. For 2800 sq ft home, 4 bed 2.5 bath, estimate was $170 for initial clean, $110 for all following, which I found very reasonable. The business is also family owned which I like very much. I am planning to sign up for a biweekly clean with them shortly.

I was very pleased. I needed the house clean because I am going into the hospital and my sister the neat freak will be staying here. Ir was last minute but Juan squeezed me in on a late Friday. They work hard. Everything was cleaned as it should have been and some things most people miss they didn't. Only downside was when they dusted they did not put everything back where it was. But I didn't mind because it was so clean.

Juan and the folks working at Emily's Housecleaning are amazing! They just cleaned my home today and it practically sparkles! It is a 4 month old home with 3,000 square feet of finished space including 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. They have the place looking better than it did the day I moved in. All of the stainless appliances in the kitchen look great without any fingerprints on them. The kitchen shines and the bathrooms look fantastic including the glass doors on the master shower. I was very impressed. The crew showed up on time and were done in a very short time because they focused on the work. I have 2 cats and they were a prime consideration for the cleaners to make certain the cats didn't get out while they were cleaning and weren't stressed any more than necessary. The best part is that I can't notice any cat hair left behind once they were done. I will highly recommend Emily's Housecleaning to anyone who is interested in having their home cleaned. They are great.

These folks are polite, efficient and trustworthy. We've given them a key to the house and have no worries. Our animals have been well treated while they are present, but best of all the house looks and smells so clean when we arrive home from a long day at work. We highly recommend Emily's Housekeeping!

After thee follow-up phone calls, I set an appointmet for Juan to come to my house and provide an estimate. Not only did he not show up- he knew he didn't have my address, but decided not to call and cancel our scheduled appointment. After I called him, he informed me he didnt have my address and had no excuse for not contacting me to cancel or reschedule. May not seem like a big deal, but I'm a working mom and have limited time to juggle these things.

A team of four people arrived on-time. We have a fairly large house and we had much of it "deep cleaned" as our first involvement with Emily's Housecleaning. We have had other housecleaning companies and Emily's Housecleaning is by far the least expensive for the services they provide. They are very trustworthy and professional and we intend to use them on a permanent basis. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for housecleaning services.

Very good. First time the floors sparkled. There was streaking on the stainless steel refrigerator door, but I initially did not notice. I will review with Juan the next time to go with the grain.

We have been using Emily's housekeeping for a few months now. We have been very pleased with their work and would recommend them to others.

Rented a house on a Friday and it was is dire need of some cleaning. I normally do my own cleaning but I was going to need help to get this done in time before my furniture showed up on Monday. I called Emily's housekeeping at 1600 on Friday and they were able to give an on site estimate 3 hours later. We agreed with a price and were at my house at 0700 Saturday morning. The did a great job and were very professional. I really liked that the husband and wife that showed up to give the estimate were also the ones who showed up to clean. This was convenient since they knew exactly what needed to be cleaned from the day before.

They worked very hard and were quite thorough. However, you should probably be with them the first few times they clean; in our case they didn't get to a media room room in the basement. They just didn't see it (although we'd mentioned it to them several weeks before).

We have had other house cleaners in the past, and Emily's Housecleaning does a superior job compared to the others. They are very friendly and responsive.

These guys are fantastic. Our house now has 2 very large dogs and when they leave you'd never know it. They have a wonderful attention to detail and I've never been disapointed. I've used several services before and after their first 2 weeks they always seem to get sloppy. Emily's doesn't. They are just wonderful

Emily's has been coming to clean my house once very two weeks since the birth of my child. They are very courteous and helpful. They have always been willing to clean around the baby gear as well as our dog. They are very reliable, and I would hate to not have them.

I will not reuse them, as they waited to do the main complaint of my cleaning, DUSTING, till last and was done quickly so they could leave. They do sweep, mop, bathroom clean well, just not dusting.

Found them on Angie's list. We needed someone quickly to clean an estate house. They came two days after I called them and cleaned the house very quickly and for a great price. Very nice and friendly. I would recommend them to others.

Everything went fine. They do a good job.

I've used them twice. They were pretty prompt showing up. They were pretty responsive in returning phone calls to schedule the date. There are 4 (primarily family members). They are more thorough than any other housekeeper I've used, although I would still like even deeper cleaning beause I'm quite picky. It seems a bit expensive - $140 for 1st time, $100 for 2nd (and future). Be prepared for someone who speaks English as a 2nd language, although it's fine as long as you are clear.

Easy to reach. easy to shcedule. Showed up with team of 4 and got to work immediately. Brought all their own supplies. No complaints.

We recently started having our home cleaned due to our busy lives and I initially tried another service (Oakwood). They did an initial deep clean for $280. They missed a BUNCH of things that I'd specifically pointed out in our estimate. I called and went over the areas and she promised they would be done the next time but after the next clean, I was still disappointed, so I decided to call Emily's. They gave an estimate for our deep clean for $120. I pointed out the areas as I had done with the other company. I was so pleased when I got home from work that day. The house was immaculate! They had definitely gone above and beyond my specifications. They exceeded my expectations and I feel confident in my decision to use them from now on for twice a month service!
