Great! Four people came and cleaned 3 1/2 bathrooms, kitchen floor and main floor and 2 flights of stairs in one hour.

I have a regular housekeeper that comes by.

I would say, that I found a great business that is very professional, customer friendly, and does exceptional job in cleaning my home.

OMG! They were amazing. I have truly never had a housecleaning service clean my house so well. There was nothing that I would have cleaned better my self than they did. There were several areas they cleaned that I didn't expect them to. Add to that the fact that their quote, while not the cheapest I received, was very reasonable. I simply can't recommend them highly enough.

The crew did a great job in cleaning our house. They were fast and efficient.

They have been doing an excellent job for me for over a year. One thing I like is that there are four of them, so my house gets cleaned pretty quickly, Whereas a single person might take a whole day to do it. They provide all Of the cleaning supplies and equipment - I like that too.

The team was professional and efficient. Did a great job. House was not an easy task. We have 3 dogs and had not had a thorough spring cleaning in a while. So glad I called them.

Juan and crew do a great job. He is always wants to ensure our satisfaction with their work. I have found him to be very responsive to texts or questions. I have been using Emily's. They have been fantastic. I have a 4 bedroom house ranch and it is 80 dollars a week. The house is always spotless when I walk in. What stands out the most is that they are reliable, they are honest and reliable. Overall I would give them 'A' plus, plus if I could. Fantastic, they have been here for probably 2 years at least that they have been coming. I got in contact with them through Angie's List. I found them on Angie's List and I found another cleaner on Angie's List also. The other company was a little more expensive than Emily's. I just really have been reading the reviews for Emily's and I was like, yup, let's do it. I absolutely will use them again in the future.

They are wonderful. Easy to communicate with. Trustworthy. Kind. They do a great job for my family.

They're trustworthy. I let them come into my house when I'm not there. I've used them for over a year and I've never had a problem with them. They follow through on what they say they're going to do. They're dependable. They show up when they say they're going to show up.

They did an excellent job I would definitely use them again. They actually got to my home before I did, so they are on punctual, polite, professional.

Our house is really dusty and they did a great job with cleaning and dusting. It is great having a clean home for holidays. Cleaned with Murphy's oil soap, which makes house smell clean and you can tell they've been here.

I have hired Emily's three times before. They did a great job the first two times, an okay job the third, and this 4th time it was a thoroughly bad job. They were 1 1/4 hours late. They did not call and when I finally reached Juan he said he'd been trying to call a disconnected number. I tried calling Tammy a number of times but her phone went directly to voice mail. There were only three people instead of the stated four. They did not replace things were they belonged, they did not dust tables, computer monitors or the tv. They did not sweep under the sofa cushions. There were areas on the bathroom floor that still had dirty spots. They were apparently so rushed that since I have trusted them in the past to not supervise, they did a minimum amount of work. I called Tammy, yet again, to tell her about my concerns. She said she would call back the next day, no call. Unfortunately, money is hard to come by for all of us, so I will not be hiring them again.

It went very well. They're dependable. They have very high professionalism. I would use this provider again in the future.

My family and I own a 3 bedroom house in Centerville. We are two adults, two children (boys, 11 and 5), a cat, and two oscars (pet fish). Between our jobs, college, school for the kids, extra curricular activities, and all the rest of it, we have little time to clean our house. Through the week, we do the bare minimum to keep things reasonably sane-- but rather than doing a big cleaning ourselves on the weekend, we have been hiring Emily's Housecleaning to do it for us so that our time is freed up. I wanted to commend them for the service they provide, first of all-- our family time is valuable to us, and their service ensures that we get to have more of it. I also wanted to commend them for their work ethic. Juan and his team are very efficient, hardworking professionals-- they are trustworthy (to the point where I am comfortable allowing them in the house unattended), and they provide a great value. I very enthusiastically recommend them to anyone with constraints on their time similar to what I have described. They are awesome at what they do, and their fees are very fair.

Four people arrived on time with cleaning products. The house was empty and relatively clean to begin with. My main concern was bathrooms and kitchen. I gave a detailed instructions of what I wanted done. Work was completed in a timely manner. The next day I noticed what was not done. Cupboards were not wiped out. Inside of white cupboard doors still had dirt from previous owners. Needless to say I had to clean all the cupboards before lining the shelves. Space between oven door and inside of oven was still dirty. The front grill of the refrigerator was not cleaned. The corner of kitchen base boards were still dirty.

These guys have a great crew, very efficient, upbeat and friendly. They clean quickly and thoroughly. It's hard to find good, trustworthy housekeeping services, and I have been very satisfied with Juan and Estella's team. Our only issue has been communicating with me when they're running late, but it doesn't happen often. I would recommend them.

The cleaning crew was very polite, and very friendly. I was impressed by their work ethic and determination. I truly appreciated the phone call after the work was done to notify me that they were finished. The house looked beautiful, and the cleaning exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely be asking them to clean my house on a regular basis. Thank you!

Emily's Housecleaning is the FIFTH housecleaning service we've hired in the past few years. This team cleaned parts of this house that have never been cleaned before by ANY OTHER TEAM. And we hired well-known, name brand companies. Emily's Housecleaning arrived exactly on time and got immediately to work. I had to be in the house this time and actually got to see them work. People, they worked HARD! I've never seen anything like it in my life. And all the while, laughing, talking, joking. The kitchen gleams now. Every surface shining. The stove, refrigerator, cabinets. No dust or grime. They vacummed the high plant shelves (no one EVER did this), dusted the blinds and all the pictures (again, first cleaning team to ever do this). They swept, mopped, vacummed, wiped, dusted, scrubbed--wow! It was like a housecleaning ballet. All perfectly coordinated. When Juan came to knock on my office door, I thought it was to ask me a quick question. Instead, he said they were done. I stepped out of my office into a Hollywood set: a completely brand-new looking home. All their equipment was gone and everyone was back in the truck ready for the next job. I was stunned and very happy. Tammy handles the appointments and payments and she is the ultimate professional. I recommend Emily's over ANY other housecleaning service ANYWHERE. I wish there was a housecleaning reality show contest so you could all watch Emily's beat the competition in real time live on tv! :D ?????HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!?????

We are absolutely thrilled with Emily's Housecleaning, and will not hesitate to call them again. The only problem we have ever had is a miscommunication about scheduling, especially when unexpected delays arise with Emily's. The service is always flawless and I know they have their hands full cleaning a hope which is prone to lots of clutter.
